技术领域
本实用新型提出了一种LED模组，尤其是涉及一种异形LED模组。
背景技术
LED显示屏因其亮度高、功耗低、性能稳定等特点正受到广泛的重视而迅速发展，而且这些LED显示屏被越来越多地应用于人们的日常生活和生活中，例如，设置于休闲广场、商业街、医院、火车站、的士车等场所的电子显示屏。LED显示屏是由LED点阵和LED印刷电路板(PCB)组成的，通过控制LED灯的显示方式，利用红色、蓝色、绿色等颜色中的一种或多种LED灯的亮灭显示文字、图片、动画、视频等内容。也就是说，LED显示屏大都是通过多个LED光源阵列来实现动态显示，每个LED光源阵列相当于显示器的一个像素。而这些LED显示屏都是由LED模组够成的。
但是，现有技术中的LED模组都是矩形或三角形的，当需要圆形或其它边缘优美的异形屏时，只能采用遮住部分模组或部分模组不安装的方法，此种方法做成的LED显示屏非常的不美观；而且目前市场上的其它类型异形LED模组都不具有防水功能。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种能够组装成任意形状的边缘线条优美的LED显示屏且具有防水功能的LED模组。本实用新型提供的一种异形LED模组，本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种异形LED模组，包括：面罩、LED阵列、电路基板、底壳和盖板，电路基板的一面固定于底壳上，另一面设置有LED阵列，面罩设置于电路基板上，且与LED阵列位于同一面，盖板固定于底壳上，电路基板的至少一个角为圆角，面罩、底壳和盖板具有与电路基板形状相同。
进一步特征为还包括防水胶垫，防水胶垫设置于盖板和底壳之间，且防水胶垫具有与电路基板相同的圆角。
进一步特征为底壳为栅格型。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，具有以下优点和有益效果：
1、本实用新型中的电路基板至少一个角为圆角，且面罩、底壳和盖板具有与电路基板形状相同，与现有技术相比，通过本实用新型的异形LED模组能够组装成任意形状的边缘线条优美的LED显示屏，应用到各种场合，方便安装、节省人力，且易于推广使用。
2、本实用新型具有防水胶垫，防水胶垫设置于盖板和底壳之间，防止了水从盖板和底壳之间的缝隙进入到LED模组中，腐蚀破坏LED模组，不仅大大延长了LED模组的实用寿命，而且即使是在室外也能安全的使用。
3、本实用新型中的底壳为栅格型，不仅大大增加了电路基板的驱动IC与空气接触的面积，利于散热，延长了异性LED模组的实用寿命，而且使得底壳更加的坚固耐用。
4、本实用新型具有成本低、节能环保的优点。

实施例
如图1和图2所示，一种异形LED模组，包括：面罩1、LED阵列2、电路基板3、底壳4和盖板5，电路基板3的一面固定于底壳4上，另一面设置有LED阵列2，面罩1设置于电路基板3上，且与LED阵列2位于同一面，盖板5固定于底壳4上，电路基板3的至少一个角为圆角，面罩1、底壳4和盖板5具有与电路基板3形状相同。
本实用新型的优选方式为：本实用新型的一种异形LED模组还包括防水胶垫6，防水胶垫6设置于盖板5和底壳4之间，且防水胶垫6具有与电路基板3相同的圆角。
底壳4为栅格型。
在本实施例中，面罩1、LED阵列2、电路基板3、底壳4和盖板5依次固定安装在一起，形成一个整体密封的LED模组结构，并且面罩1上具有与LED阵列2相匹配的通孔阵列，盖板5通过螺丝固定与底壳4上，在固定的过程中将防水胶垫6夹紧，底壳4为PC底壳或铝底壳，电路基板3上还设置有图中未显示的驱动IC，用以控制LED阵列2。
本实用新型中的电路基板至少一个角为圆角，且面罩、底壳和盖板具有与电路基板形状相同，与现有技术相比，通过本实用新型的异形LED模组能够组装成任意形状的边缘线条优美的LED显示屏，应用到各种场合，方便安装、节省人力，且易于推广使用。
本实用新型具有防水胶垫，防水胶垫设置于盖板和底壳之间，防止了水从盖板和底壳之间的缝隙进入到LED模组中，腐蚀破坏LED模组，不仅大大延长了LED模组的实用寿命，而且即使是在室外也能安全的使用。
本实用新型中的底壳为栅格型，不仅大大增加了电路基板的驱动IC与空气接触的面积，利于散热，延长了异性LED模组的实用寿命，而且使得底壳更加的坚固耐用。
本实用新型具有成本低、节能环保的优点。

1.一种异形LED模组，包括：面罩、LED阵列、电路基板、底壳和盖板，所述电路基板的一面固定于底壳上，另一面设置有所述LED阵列，所述面罩设置于电路基板上，且与所述LED阵列位于同一面，所述盖板固定于底壳上，其特征在于，所述电路基板的至少一个角为圆角，所述面罩、底壳和盖板具有与电路基板形状相同。
