[0002] 悬浮式单体液压支柱适用于煤矿回采工作面的顶板支护和端头顶板支护,其承载能力大、抗偏载能力强、工作行程大、使用范围广,广泛应用于薄煤层、中厚煤层及较厚煤层工作面。单体液压支柱的拆修一般采用手工操作,劳动强度大、效率低,容易造成二次损坏,特别是一些锈蚀、弯曲的支柱,手工根本无法拆卸,造成支柱报废。
[0003] 现有拆柱机由于拆解过程复杂,操作过程仍需人工操作,不能完全实现拆解过程的自动化;另外拆柱机由电机驱动,并经由减速箱带动卡盘,传动机构复杂,在拆解弯曲严重支柱时,容易发生堵转损坏电机。

[0004] 针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种全液压式单体支柱自动拆卸装置,液压支柱的拆卸由拆卸装置自动进行,拆卸过程中不会损坏液压支柱。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种全液压式单体支柱自动拆卸装置,包括机架、夹紧座和夹紧卡盘,夹紧卡盘通过螺栓固定安装在机架上;还包括液压马达、扭矩传感器和光栅传感器,夹紧卡盘直接与液压马达的轴连接,扭矩传感器设置在夹紧卡盘与液压马达之间,夹紧座放置在机架导轨上,光栅传感器设置在机架上;夹紧座一侧连接第一滑动油缸,第一滑动油缸通过螺栓固定在机架上,能够推动夹紧座沿导轨移动;夹紧座外部安装光栅传感器的指示光栅,夹紧座内部安装有夹紧油缸和弹出卡块,夹紧油缸通过连杆与弹出卡块连接;机架导轨上沿轴向方向固定有光栅传感器的标尺光栅,标尺光栅同夹紧座外部的指示光栅构成光栅检测系统;液压马达、夹紧座中的第一滑动油缸和夹紧油缸由管线连接到液压泵站,管线上布置有电磁阀,电磁阀与控制柜电连接。

[0017] 拆解液压式单体支柱时,先用手锤将液压支柱顶盖上的三个弹性圆柱销击退,然后将被拆液压支柱放在夹紧座3和托架5上,启动液压泵站10,调节托架V形支撑架38,使液压支柱与夹紧卡盘6同轴;第一滑动油缸2驱动夹紧座3沿导轨移动,使液压支柱移动到夹紧卡盘6中,夹紧卡盘6夹紧液压支柱。
[0018] 夹紧卡盘6夹紧支柱,由液压马达9驱动旋转,同时夹紧座3夹紧支柱,保证液压马达9和第一滑动油缸2的联动,实现沿机架I导轨反向进行拔柱。拆卸工序:夹紧座3夹紧液压支柱缸体,夹紧卡盘6夹紧底座,卸下底座;夹紧座3夹紧手把体,夹紧卡盘6夹紧液压支柱缸体,卸下手把体;夹紧座3夹紧活柱,夹紧卡盘6夹紧液压支柱缸体,卸下缸体;夹紧座3夹紧顶盖,夹紧卡盘6夹紧液压支柱活柱,卸下顶盖。夹紧卡盘6在不同拆卸工序中分别夹紧液压支柱的底座、油缸,使液压支柱做轴向旋转,使各连接钢丝旋出;各工序由控制柜11顺序控制进行,并由光栅传感器7进行检测是否到达预设拆卸位置。每道工序完成后,夹紧油缸34通过连杆33将橡胶夹紧环32松开,并通过连杆33带动弹出卡块31将工件弹出。
[0019] 为防止旋转过程中拆卸扭矩过大损坏液压支柱,在夹紧卡盘6与液压马达9之间设置扭矩传感器8,能够实现拆卸液压支柱阻力过大时的自动报警。夹紧座3内部设有橡胶夹紧环32,保证夹紧液压支柱时不损坏液压支柱。

1.一种全液压式单体支柱自动拆卸装置,包括机架〔0、夹紧座(3)和夹紧卡盘(6),夹紧卡盘(6 )通过螺栓固定安装在机架(1)上,其特征在于, 还包括液压马达(幻、扭矩传感器(8)和光栅传感器(7),夹紧卡盘(6)直接与液压马达(9)的轴连接,扭矩传感器(8)设置在夹紧卡盘(6)与液压马达(9)之间,夹紧座(3)放置在机架(1)导轨上,光栅传感器(7 )设置在机架(1)上; 夹紧座(3 )外侧安装有第一滑动油缸(2 )和光栅传感器(7 )的指示光栅,夹紧座(3 )内部安装有夹紧油缸(34)和弹出卡块(31),夹紧油缸(34)通过连杆(33)与弹出卡块(31)连接; 机架(1)导轨上沿轴向方向固定有光栅传感器(7)的标尺光栅,标尺光栅同夹紧座(3)外部的指不光栅构成光栅检测系统; 液压马达(幻、第一滑动油缸(2)和夹紧油缸(34)由管线连接到液压泵站(10),管线上布置有电磁阀,电磁阀与控制柜(11)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全液压式单体支柱自动拆卸装置,其特征在于,还包括托架(5),托架(5)位于夹紧座(3)和夹紧卡盘(6)之间,托架(5) —侧连接第二滑动油缸(4),第二滑动油缸(4)通过螺栓固定在机架(1)上。
