新型铝合金门窗，包括铝合金框架和与铝合金框架滑动卡接的内、外活动窗，活动窗由玻璃和玻璃边框构成，内、外活动窗之间设有第一隔热桥，玻璃边框由两密封边和第二隔热桥组成，两密封边分别固定在第二隔热桥的两边，玻璃设置在两密封边之间，在两密封边的上端内侧均开设有胶条嵌槽，在胶条嵌槽内卡接有密封胶条。
本实用新型的有益效果：采用将玻璃边框的两密封边内侧设置胶条嵌槽，并在胶条嵌槽内卡接密封胶条，使玻璃与玻璃边框之间的密封性更好，从而达到隔绝外界冷空气进入室内的目的。
