1.一种具有拼接花纹的软木装饰板，包括软木基层（3），其特征在于所述软木基层（3）上方设有软木装饰层（1）；所述软木装饰层（1）和所述软木基层（3）之间通过胶黏剂（2）相连；所述软木基层（3）为软木颗粒压制成型；所述软木装饰层（1）为由若干个软木片材拼接单元（4）拼接压制而成；所述拼接单元（4）之间通过胶水连接；所述软木基层（3）的厚度为1～5mm；所述软木装饰层（1）的厚度为0.1～1mm；所述软木基层（3）为低密度软木层；所述软木装饰层（1）为高密度软木层；所述软木装饰层（1）的拼接单元（4）为竹节形、棋盘形、圆形或长条形。
