[0002]目前,温室大棚的主要供暖方式为炉煤火加热,这种供暖方式有很多缺点,温室大棚在冬季的供暖期将消耗大量的煤炭并且会涉及到安全防火问题,存在安全隐患,此外,煤炭资源的高消耗也对国家能源安全是一个巨大的威胁,也带来了一系列的环境问题,如空气污染,土壤污染,酸雨等。本实用新型温室装置采用清洁的风能和太阳能取代燃煤供暖,避免了煤火加热产生的诸多问题,并且提高了装置的智能化管理程度。
[0003] 由于太阳能和风能在时间上、地域上、性能上和经济上都存在一定的互补性,因此可以优化二者的配合,提供稳定的电力以满足供电需求。风光复合发电这种互补性的优点,可以使独立的太阳能和风能结合起来组成风光互补混合供电装置,提高供电装置的可靠性和经济性,向负载提供更加稳定持久的电能。

[0006] 本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:本实用新型采用风光互补发电技术,提供温室装置的全部电力需求,以太阳能集热加热土壤为主,空气加热辅助采暖,收集的热量存储在安放在温室内的储热水箱中,在控制装置的作用下,当温室的温度低于其设定值时,装置控制储热水箱中的热水通过循环泵,将热量源源不断地送入埋有地热盘管的土壤中,根据温室的空气温度将部分热量输送到空气换能器中,使温室土壤和空气温度都处在种植的最佳点,此外,控制装置根据温室内的环境参数,以合适的控制逻辑调整发电装置和储能装置,配置其工作的时间段,既保证温室内的温度维持在稳定的范围内,又避免了不必要的损耗,提高能源利用率。
[0007] —种风光互补发电的零排放温室装置,该装置包括发电装置、应急装置、储能装置、电力变换装置、集热装置、供暖装置、空气调节装置、温室环境监测和智能控制装置,所述的发电装置为温室装置所有的电负荷提供电力,所述的应急装置的电力来自电网,在发电装置发电量不足或出现故障时提供应急电力,所述的储能装置可以将发电装置所发出的多余的电能储存起来,所述的电力变化装置将蓄电池存储的直流电逆变成与温室负载各项指标匹配的交流电以供给其使用,太阳能逆变器最大限制地保持太阳电池功能和装置维护,控制装置根据环境信息,实现温室大棚的智能管理与控制。

[0017] 结合图1,图1是本实用新型温室装置的总体设计架构;供电装置采用现在技术已经完善的风光互补发电装置,风光发电装置的发电量可以供应温室内部所有电气设备,风光互补设备根据当地气象数据和用户的功率需求来选择,主要使其功率满足要求。在本装置中,太阳能土壤加热装置是单独独立的装置,采用专用平板太阳能集热器,收集免费的太阳能热量,加热装置内的介质。本方案基本可以实现温室大棚零(低)排放供暖。

[0019] 结合图2,图2是温室装置的风光互补发电装置结构;它是由风力发电机组、太阳能电池组、蓄电池组、控制器、整流器、逆变器、装置监控装置等组成。控制器用来控制太阳能电池和风力发电机发出的电能分配,并存储在蓄电池中,当负载为直流负载时,通过控制器的作用将直流电直接输送给负载;当负载为交流时,控制器先使直流电通过逆变器将其转化为交流电后再供给负载使用。

[0021] 结合图3,图3是温室装置的空气供暖和空气调节装置;在控制装置作用下,将集热装置加热后的水通过循环泵,将热量通过棚内的管路输送到空气换能器中,此外,空气调节器仍使用相同的空气换能器。需要进行空气调节时,通过控制装置对管路进行切换,利用风机将新鲜空气通过空气换能器,促进大棚内空气流通。

[0023] 结合图4,图4是温室装置的空气供暖和空气调节装置:当安装在集热器里的温度探测器,探测温度达到设定温度时,智能控制箱启动循环水泵,开始向组合式太阳能集热器里注水,水经过集热器即可产生50°C左右的热水,热水通过均匀埋入地下0.5米左右处,间距0.5米的地埋管道循环至水泵,把热量释放到土壤中,直接提高土壤温度。当探测温度低于设定温度时,智能控制箱关闭循环泵,组合式太阳能集热器里的水,在压力的作用下回到保温储水箱。
[0024] 当保温水箱里安装的温度探测器,探测到水温低于设定温度时,电磁阀关闭,热水通过保温水箱里的波纹盘管,加热水箱里的水达到设定温度时,开启电磁阀,热水不再通过波纹盘管,直接进入地埋管道进行下一个循环。

1.一种风光互补发电的零排放温室装置,其特征在于:该装置包括发电装置、应急装置、储能装置、电力变换装置、集热装置、供暖装置、空气调节装置、温室环境监测和智能控制装置,所述的发电装置为温室装置所有的电负荷提供电力,所述的应急装置的电力来自电网,所述的储能装置储存的多余电能,所述的电力变化装置将蓄电池存储的直流电逆变成与温室负载各项指标匹配的交流电以供给其使用,太阳能逆变器最大限制地保持太阳电池功能和装置维护,控制装置根据环境信息,实现温室大棚的智能管理与控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风光互补发电的零排放温室装置,其特征在于:所述的发电装置应用风光互补发电装置,它是由风力发电机组、太阳能电池组、蓄电池组、控制器、整流器、逆变器、装置监控装置等组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种风光互补发电的零排放温室装置,其特征在于:电力变换单元的核心设备为逆变器,负责将储存在储能装置的电能转换为380V和220V的设备用电。
