[0002]目前热风循环烘箱主要用于医药、化工、食品、农副产品、水产品、轻工等行业物料的加热固化、干燥脱水。如原料、中药饮水、浸膏、粉剂、颗粒、脱水蔬菜等。现有的热风循环烘箱，包括外箱体和内箱体，外箱体和内箱体之间设有通风管道，外箱体的上面设有与管道连通的进风口，外箱体的侧面设有轴流风机，内箱体内设有加热管，加热管的外侧设有多片用于调节风量的风板，每个风板通过螺栓与内箱体活动连接，在使用的过程中，是通过两相邻风板间的间隙来控制风量的大小，这样使用起来比较麻烦，而且出风不均匀。
