Abstract
本实用新型涉及抽油机光杆密封器使用的密封盘根，特别是：组合式密封盘根，该组合式高效光杆密封盘根通过在其两端设置的聚四氟乙烯圈，中间设置的聚氨酯圈和橡胶圈，并安装在对瓣式球形盘根座的环槽内，压紧压盖后，即可实现密封光杆；该结构密封效果好、密封时效长，可大大降低盘根更换次数。

本实用新型涉及抽油机光杆密封器使用的密封盘根，特别是：组合式密封盘根。
技术背景
目前油田使用的抽油机光杆密封器盘根，多为矩形截面，螺旋缠绕成中心带有通孔的圆锥台型。放入光杆密封器主体内，通过压盖的旋紧来实现密封，由于盘根全用橡胶制成，摩擦力较大，磨损严重，须经常更换。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种组合式密封盘根，该组合式密封盘根内部设四道密封耐磨的密封圈，该结构可提高密封效果，延长工作寿命，降低更换盘根的频率。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种组合式密封盘根，包括盘根座和密封组合，所述盘根座为两个对瓣结构，所述两个对瓣结构的盘根座相对处内设环槽，所述密封组合安装在环槽内。
所述密封组合为四道密封圈。
所述四道密封圈由上到下依次为聚四氟乙烯圈、聚氨酯圈、橡胶圈和聚四氟乙烯圈。
所述组合式密封盘根的尺寸规格为：φ25×80、φ28×80、φ28×90、φ25×90、φ36×90。
本实用新型组合式密封盘根：通过两个对瓣盘根座内的密封组合构成的球形密封件，两个对瓣盘根座内的四道密封圈由上到下依次为：聚四氟乙烯圈、聚氨酯圈、橡胶圈、聚四氟乙烯圈。该组合式密封盘根下入到光杆密封器内，压紧密封器压盖，实现高效密封。由于本实用新型的球形密封件，密封效果好，密封时效长，不易损坏，不必经常更换，安全可靠；通过内部四道密封圈的内通径的选择，满足不同规格油井光杆的所需的密封要求。

下面结合附图(如图1所示)对本实用新型做进一步的说明：
一种组合式密封盘根，包括盘根座和密封组合，所述盘根座为两个对瓣结构，所述两个对瓣盘根座1相对处内设环槽，所述密封组合安装在环槽内。
图1中所示密封组合为四道密封圈，四道密封圈由上到下依次为聚四氟乙烯圈2、聚氨酯圈3、橡胶圈4和聚四氟乙烯圈2；所示具有不同密封功能的四种材质的四道密封圈上后，均切开一个斜口，使用时可方便地环套在光杆上。两个对瓣盘根座1组合，四道密封圈安装在内部的环槽里，整体组合结构下入到光杆密封器内，压紧密封器压盖，实现高效密封。

1.一种组合式密封盘根，其特征在于，包括盘根座和密封组合，所述盘根座为两个对瓣结构，所述两个对瓣结构的盘根座相对处内设环槽，所述密封组合安装在环槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合式密封盘根，其特征在于，所述密封组合为四道密封圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合式密封盘根，其特征在于，所述四道密封圈由上到下依次为聚四氟乙烯圈、聚氨酯圈、橡胶圈和聚四氟乙烯圈。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组合式密封盘根，其特征在于，所示具有不同密封功能的四种材质的四道密封圈上，均切开一个斜口，
