Abstract
本实用新型公开一种风扫式动静结合高效粉尘分离器。它主要包括出风口、上盖板、上筒体、笼式转子、中筒体、下筒体、内锥体、中粉卸料口、粗粉卸料口及进风口。其特征在于在上盖板上面装有电机与传动装置,笼式转子由支座、主轴及分级叶片等组成,通过键连接于主轴上,并由电机经减速机实现传动,笼式转子外圈与导向叶片之间形成细粉分级室,细粉分级室下装有内锥体,内锥体与中筒体形成粗粉分级区,内锥体通过固定板连接于下锥体上,并利用变频器实现产品细度及粒度分布的灵活调控。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及建材、非金属矿、有色金属、电力等领域的一种粉体分选设备,具体的讲是一种风扫式动静结合高效分离器。
背景技术
[0002] 粉体制备在建材、非金属矿、有色金属领域应用广泛,同时随着现代之分工艺的创新及调整,对粉体的制备及分级的要求越来越高,如水泥圈流粉磨其粒度80 μ m筛余一般要求控制1%以下,煤粉制备系统要求细度控制80 μ m筛余12%以下,并对煤粉的均匀性提出严格要求,在有色行业中的炭素球磨粉要求与煤粉细度相同。且现有水泥磨系统中经辊压机后物料经V选后以风扫的形式进入分离器,同时在煤粉制备与炭素球磨粉均采用风扫式分离器进行物料的分选。现有针对分选系统的分级设备基本为粗粉分离器。粗粉分离器作为第一代的物料分选设备,具有结构简单、无运动部件及操作维护方便等优点,但因其结构与分级原理的限制,粗粉分离器的使用技术经济性能较差,在正常运行情况下,选粉效率一般只有20%〜50%左右、且产品细度调节困难,成品粉质量稳定性差。
[0003] 现有技术中的风扫式分离器,待分选的物料气流的携带下,由进风管高速引入粗粉分离器,进入分离器以后,一是气流中的部分粗颗粒先与内锥体下沿发生碰撞、二是因内锥体与下锥体形成的过流截面增加、气流上升速度减低,而使粗颗粒沉降沿壁面下滑,气流继续上升,当经过静态导流板后、因其与轴心有一定角度,而产生一定的旋转流场,此时气流中的较粗颗粒因受到较大的离心力而在上筒体做离心沉降、运动至筒体壁面后也沿壁面下滑、与前述的粗颗粒一起由粗粉卸料口排出成为粗粉;细小颗粒则在气流的携带下由出风管排出、经后续的分离装置分离收集后成为成品粉。
[0004] 分析其工作原理可知旋转流场仅依靠静态导流板26的导流作用产生,其气流旋转的速度不高、离心力场强度弱,故该分离器的选粉效率与分级精度低,在处理风量较高时成品细度易跑粗;同时,成品细度主要通过改变静态导流板26与轴向的角度进行调节,调整角度不方便且角度的改变对成品细度的影响有限。因此,该粗粉分离器的使用性能较差,直接影响系统产量、分选效果及成品粉质量。
发明内容
[0005] 针对现有技术中存在的缺陷和技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种风扫式动静结合高效粉尘分离器,解决了现有风扫式分级机选粉效率不高、分级精度差且成品均匀性差的问题,为风扫式分选系统提供一种选粉效率高、单位电耗地且成品粒度及细度可实现远程可控的一种风扫式动静结合分离器,且该风扫式动静结合分离器能可根据现场需要实现三部分物料的分离。如针对有色碳素分,可有效实现粗粉、中粉、细粉分离的目标。
[0006] 为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种风扫式动静结合高效粉尘分离器,包括下筒体、中筒体、上筒体、内锥体、笼式分机转子、电机、减速机和转轴,所述下筒体、中筒体和上筒体从下至上依次连接设置,所述下筒体设有进风口 ;所述内锥体设在中筒体的内部偏上的位置,且内锥体与中筒体之间形成环形风道,该环形风道内设有多个导流板;所述上筒体与环形风道连通,所述笼式分机转子设在上筒体内部,并通过转轴带动转动,且上筒体与环形风道之间设有导向叶片;所述电机和减速机设在上筒体上部并带动转轴转动;所述下筒体底部还设有粗粉卸料口和一次补风阀,所述内锥体底部设有中分卸料口,所述中筒体下部还设有二次补风阀,中筒体上部设有出风管。
[0007] 作为优选,所述导流板的翻转开度在O〜90°范围可调,从而可以控制导流板的开度大小和补入的风量,最终拦截吸附特定粒径的粉尘,达到更精细的分离精度。
[0008] 作为优选,所述笼式分机转子由60〜180个耐磨钢板构成。
[0009] 作为优选,所述内锥体的底部还设有多棱角的导风锥,从而提高进风气流与导风锥的碰撞,更加有效拦截吸附较粗粉料,避免粗粉进入中筒体。
[0010] 作为优选,所述导向叶片由30〜80块耐磨钢板组成,并与环形风道口截面呈30〜80°角,从而可以有效分散进入上筒体的气流,避免气流集中进入上筒体后停留时间过短,直接从出风管出去,最终提高了细粉的分离效果。
[0011] 有益效果:相对于现有技术,本实用新型具有以下优点:
[0012] (I)物料一分为三:根据现有粗粉分离器结构,其仅对碎磨后的物料进行分选,仅对某一粒径的颗粒实现分选,如电厂煤粉0.08mm、水泥0.045mm、煅后石油焦0.1mm等进行分选。该设备可实现碎磨物料一分为三,及粗粉、中粉、细粉、分选后的物料可根据实际情况需要进行搭配,如石油焦需要均匀性指标,只要中粉作为成品,提高炭阳极的质量,减小电阻率降低单位电耗。
[0013] (2)粗粉、中粉、细粉粒径可控:经磨碎后的物料后可通过导流锥、一次补风阀、二次补风阀控制粗粉的颗粒粒径、而中粉可通过二次补风阀与分级转自转速实现粒度可控。如水泥粉磨滚压机系统,可根据出滚压机物料粒度调整相应的部位控制回滚压机的粒径、入磨机的粒径及滚压机成品的粒径,提高滚压机的做功效率及入水泥磨物料均匀度提高挤压及粉磨效率,提高产量并降低电耗;
[0014] (3)粗粉、中粉、细粉均匀性好。因物料经分选后一分为三,同时又具有分级粒度可控的结构特点,其均匀性得到很大提高,如电厂在细粉细度R9tl达到工艺要求的情况下,其均匀性系数可达1.(Tl.2,有助于锅炉燃烧工况的稳定及其热效率的提高。
[0015] (4)密封效果好:采用双重迷宫密封双密封形式,有效降低气流短路,整体选粉机效果好,保证分选精度。
[0016] (5)导流板单独调节:根据CFD研究结果,其风扫式气流在下筒体与内锥体之间不是等速上升,而是靠近出风口侧速度偏大,原有结构静态导流板整体调整,对成品中位径影响较大,而此发明可实现导流板90°自由单独调节,实现重力变向分离。
[0017] (6)—次补风阀、二次补风阀实现风速调整,分选物料:现有风扫式分离器中,从进风管到出风管都为密闭的分选系统,即风量一定条件下仅根据静态导流板调整细粉质量。该发明在风量一定的情况下,可通过一次补风阀、二次补风阀的不同开度实现重力分选区域物料重力情况进行分选,同时兼顾导流板的作用,可有效提高重力分选的精度与分选效率。同时二次补风阀可有效改变分级转子的分级区域的风速的方向与风量,有效提高分级转子的分级区域,提高离心力场的作用,从而提高分级效率与精度。
[0018] (7)选粉效率高:该分离器结构结合静态粗粉分离器应用的基础之上,结合CFD技术开发的新型设备,分选结构物料中集重力场、离心离场于一体,有效利用气流两相物料分级原理,其与传统粗粉分离器比较,选粉效率可提高15%〜40%。
[0019] (8)适用范围宽:一分为三的物料中,根据物料特性需要可使粗粉可以分选粒径范围为2mnT0.10mm,中粉可以分选粒径的范围为0.lOmnT0.030 mm,细粉可分选的粒径范围为〈0.03_。根据该分选粒径范围结果可在电厂煤粉制备系统、石灰石脱硫系统、水泥粉磨、炭素泥捏成型系统、炭后石油焦分选系统、粉煤灰飘珠分选系统等诸多风选系统中应用,可有效提闻分选效率与分级精度,提闻成品品质。

具体实施方式

[0024] 如图1和2所示,一种风扫式动静结合高效分离器,电机I和减速机16分别通过电机座2及减速机座18固定于传动支架3上部,减速机16下部设有联轴器17,与传动轴组成传动部分;通过电机I和减速机16实现传动;传动支架3、出风管19固定于上盖板20上部;上盖板20焊接于上筒体21上部与上筒体21、中筒体22、下筒体23组成风扫式动静结合高效分离器壳体部分,上筒体21、中筒体22、下筒体23依次通过法兰连接,各连接部位均设密封圈。上筒体21上设有2飞个二次补风阀8,其内部设有3(Γ80个呈30°〜80°耐磨钢板导向叶片7和分级转子6,安装在传动轴4的分级转子6上由3(Γ180个由耐磨钢板分级叶片组成,导向叶片7通过螺栓固定于上筒体21上下部,分级转子7通过键固定于传动轴4下部;内锥体9位于分级转子6下部通过法兰连接与上筒体21与中筒体22之间并通过6〜12块固定板10焊接与中筒体22上,内锥体9下部设有2〜4个中粉卸料口 13,导风锥12焊接于内锥体9下部;2(Γ80个导流板11位于固定板10下部通过转动轴4固定于内锥体9与中筒体22之间;在中筒体22下部设有2飞个粗粉卸料口 14与I个进风口 15。
[0025] 本实用新型的工作过程如下:
[0026] 磨碎后的物料在>16m/s的风速下经进风口 15进入动静结合高效分离器,因过流截面面积增大与一次补风阀24的补风作用,气流上升速度急速降低及与导风锥12下端的碰撞,一些大颗粒在重力作用下沉降沿下筒体24内壁下滑,同时收到一次补风阀24的二次分选作用进行重力二次分选,细小物料再次与分选后的物料进入上升含尘气流中,经重力分选后的物料在气流携带作用下进入中筒体22与内锥体9的上升空间,此时在导流板11的作用下,物料再次经过重力分选与变向,大颗粒再次进入下筒体24内壁与一次重力分选的物料经粗粉卸料口 14排出成为粗粉;经导流板11后的含尘气流沿中筒体22与内锥体9之间通道再次上升,到达中筒体22与导向叶片7之间,此时收到二次补风阀8的补风作用,上升气流再次急剧减小,较粗颗粒再次进行重力分级后眼中筒体22与下筒体23壁进行滑落,而剩余物料在气流携带作用下经导向叶片7进入分级转子6的分级区域,进入分级区域的物料在分级转子6的带动下稳定旋转,物料在离心力场、曳力及重力的共同作用下实现分级。细物料因受离心力较小,不能克服流体阻力的作用,在曳力的作用下穿过分机转子6,通过成品出口 19排出动静结合高效分离器外,由外部气固分离装置收集成为细粉。中粉物料在离心力及重力的作用下沿导向叶片7边壁沉降进入内锥体内部,经中粉卸料口排出收收集。
[0027] CFD数值模拟:在CFD数值模拟中,利用SolidWorks进行N-4000风扫式动静结合高效分离器模型建立,初始条件:转子转速70rpm、90rpm、llOrpm、130rpm> 150rpm> 170rpm,处理风量240000m3/h,一次补风阀开度为100%,二次补风阀开度为30%、60%、90%,物料粒径◦.◦◦丨飞謹分布’密度为〗^^!^/!!!3。纯流场的数值模拟采用普遍适用的A-f模型方程,气固两相流采用双向耦合随机轨道的拉格朗日粒子轨道模型。
[0028] CFD数值模拟结果表明:处理风量在240000m3/h,转子转速90rpm时,一次补风阀开度为100%,二次补风阀开度为60%,粗粉以>0.5mm为参考,中粉以0.5mnT0.040mm为参考,细粉以〈0.040mm为参考,其分选效果为,粗粉>0.5mm颗粒完全被收集,中粉中0.5mnT0.040mm的颗粒含量为85%,细粉中〈0.040mm的含量高于92%。

1.一种风扫式动静结合高效粉尘分离器,其特征在于:包括下筒体、中筒体、上筒体、内锥体、笼式分机转子、电机、减速机和转轴,所述下筒体、中筒体和上筒体从下至上依次连接设置,所述下筒体设有进风口 ;所述内锥体设在中筒体的内部偏上的位置,且内锥体与中筒体之间形成环形风道,该环形风道内设有多个导流板;所述上筒体与环形风道连通,所述笼式分机转子设在上筒体内部,并通过转轴带动转动,且上筒体与环形风道之间设有导向叶片;所述电机和减速机设在上筒体上部并带动转轴转动;所述下筒体底部还设有粗粉卸料口和一次补风阀,所述内锥体底部设有中分卸料口,所述中筒体下部还设有二次补风阀,中筒体上部设有出风管。
2.根据权利要求1所述风扫式动静结合高效粉尘分离器,其特征在于:所述导流板的翻转开度在O〜90°范围可调。
3.根据权利要求1所述风扫式动静结合高效粉尘分离器,其特征在于:所述笼式分机转子由60〜180个耐磨钢板构成。
