Abstract
本实用新型公布了一种低噪声油烟净化一体机，它包括集烟罩(1)、储液箱(2)、油烟洗涤净化分离相(3)、抽液泵(4)、低噪声排风柜(5)等，并设有消声弯头(10)和消声管道(11)。低噪声排风柜(5)的动力为低噪声外转子电机，排风柜(5)的机壳采用了降低噪声措施。本实用新型运行时抽力大，噪声小，油烟净化效果好，可直接低空排放；本实用新型维护、使用方便，只要定期更换清洗液，并清洗储液箱(2)即可正常运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油烟净化设备，具体是一种低噪声油烟净化一体机(以下简称油烟净化机)。
背景技术
目前我国餐饮行业使用的油烟净化设备，其排风所使用的电动机基本上都是外置式离心电机，即排风电机安装在油烟净化设备机壳的顶部。
与外转子式电机相比较，运行中离心电机产生的噪声较大，加之电机外置，又未采取任何静音措施，因此油烟机工作时噪声很大，经测试，噪声高达80dB以上，这对周围环境造成了严重的噪声污染，已影响到人类的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种油烟净化机，它包括集烟罩、储液箱、油烟洗涤分离箱、抽液泵和低噪声排风柜。所述集烟罩顶部设有低噪声排风柜，低噪声排风柜为外转子式，其进风口与集烟罩的气路相通，低噪声排风柜出风口的排风方向不限。
所述低噪声排风柜的外壳为双层结构基，其内层为多孔消声板，其内、外层之间的空腔中设有吸音材料。
所述低噪声排风柜的出风口设有静音弯头和静音管道，
所述静音弯头和静音管道均为双层结构，其内层为多孔消声板；内、外层之间设有吸音材料，其材质与低噪声排风柜外壳内外层之间空腔中使用的吸音材料相同。
本发明具有以下有益效果：采用特制的低噪声排风机，它的动力为噪声较小的外转子电机，它的机壳采用了降低噪声的措施，它的出风口采用了静音弯头和静音管道，因此，制成的油烟净化机运行时噪声很小，经测试，噪声不大于60dB，降低噪声效果明显。
低噪声排风机的进风口与集烟罩气路相通，经过油烟处理后的干挣气流流经低噪声排风机时，带走了外转子电机运行中产生的热量，起到了良好的散热效果。
油烟洗涤分离箱中改进了过滤板，改进后的过滤板取消了金属丝水帘过滤层和活性炭过滤层后，不但减小了油烟气流通过油烟洗涤分离箱时的阻力，提高了油烟的洗涤分离效果，而且使清洁维护工作更加容易、使用更加方便。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种油烟净化机，它包括集烟罩(1)、储液箱(2)、油烟洗涤分离箱(3)、抽液泵(4)和低噪声排风柜(5)。所述集烟罩(1)顶部设有低噪声排风柜(5)，低噪声排风柜(5)以外转子电机为动力，其进风口(6)与集烟罩(1)的气路相通，低噪声排风柜出风口(7)的排风方向不限(即排风方向可向上、向左、向右、向前、向后)。低噪声排风柜(5)的外壳为双层结构，其内层为多孔消声板(8)，其内、外层之间的空腔中设有吸音材料(9)。低噪声排风柜(5)的出风口(7)设有静音弯头(10)和静音管道(11)，静音弯头和静音管道均为双层结构，其内层为多孔消声板，内、外层之间设有吸音材料，其材质与低噪声排风柜(5)外壳内、外层之间空腔中所使用的吸音材料相同。
实施例：从图1可清楚地看出，油烟净化机工作后，带有油烟的气流按箭头所示方向，从集烟罩(1)进入油烟洗涤分离箱(3)，经充分洗涤分离后，油雾、油滴和固体颗粒物随洗涤液流入储液箱(2)，经充分洗涤分离后的洁净气流则沿着低噪声排风柜(5)的进风口(6)、出风口(7)、静音弯头(10)和静音管道(11)直接排入大气。
在油烟净化机整个工作过程中，低噪声排风柜(5)始终产生抽力，将带有油烟的气流吸入油烟净化机，并将经油烟净化机处理后的干净气流排入大气。而抽液泵(4)始终将洗涤液抽送至油烟洗涤分离箱(3)中，洗涤液在洗涤分离油烟气流的同时，还能将残留在洗涤分离箱(3)中的部分油雾、油滴和固体颗粒物带入储液箱(2)。
Claims (6)
1.一种低噪声油烟净化一体机，它包括集烟罩(1)、储液箱(2)、油烟洗涤分离箱(3)、低噪声排风柜(5)。其特征在于集烟罩(1)顶部设有低噪声排风柜(5)，该排风柜的动力为外转子电机。
2.按权利要求1所述低噪声油烟净化一体机，其特征在于低噪声油烟净化一体机工作时，低噪声排风柜(5)进风口(6)与集烟罩(1)的气路相通，低噪声排风柜(5)的出风口(7)的排风方向不限。
3.按权利要求1和2所述低噪声油烟净化一体机，其特征在于低噪声排风柜(5)的机壳为双层结构，其内层(8)为多孔消声板。
4.按权利要求1～3所述低噪声油烟净化一体机，其特征在于低噪声排风柜(5)机壳的内、外层之间的空腔内设有吸音材料(9)。
5.按权利要求1～4所述低噪声油烟净化一体机，其特征在于低噪声排风柜(5)机壳的出风口设有消声弯头(10)和消声管道(11)。
6.按权利要求1～5所述低噪声油烟净化一体机，其特征在于消声弯头(10)和消声管道(11)均为双层结构，其内层为多孔消声板，内、外层之间均设有吸音材料，该吸音材料与权利要求(4)中涉及的吸音材料(9)材质相同。
