 本实用新型涉及一种钢瓶架。
背景技术
化验室用钢瓶柜放置钢瓶，钢瓶柜体积大，底部台阶高10cm，存在应用缺陷。把钢瓶放进钢瓶柜中，需三个人配合操作，单人不能更换气瓶且存在安全隐患。因生产节奏快，换钢瓶慢会影响分析试样速度。钢瓶柜价格贵，成本为3180元/个。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢瓶架，其结构简单，能够方便地保持钢瓶，减少工人数量，提高钢瓶更换速度，降低生产成本。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种钢瓶架，包括底座，底座由一块等腰三角形钢板构成，底座中部顶面上竖向固接着一个保持架，保持架的横截面为圆弧形，保持架的上端两侧分别设置着一个挂钩和一根链条，钢瓶放置于底座上并倚靠着保持架，链条自由端跨过钢瓶瓶体挂在挂钩上。
用本实用新型钢瓶架固定气瓶，成本低廉且操作方便。单人可完成换气瓶操作，减少了工人数量，劳动效率提高了70%，提高了试样分析速度，及时为炼钢反馈信息，消除安全隐患，降低了生产成本。

一种钢瓶架，包括底座5，如图1所示，底座5由一块等腰三角形钢板构成，底座5中部顶面上通过支撑杆4竖向固接着一个保持架1，保持,1的横截面为圆弧形，保持架1的上端两侧分别设置着一个挂钩3和一根链条2，钢瓶放置于底座上并倚靠着保持架1，链条2自由端跨过钢瓶瓶体挂在挂钩3上。
