技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装瓶的瓶口密封方式，尤其是饮料瓶，属于包装瓶技术领域。
背景技术
目前，饮料多以瓶装为主，由于生活品质与安全健康意识不断提高，人们对饮料瓶外观形状和内在结构均有较高的要求，因此出现了多姿多彩的饮料瓶，不管饮料瓶形式如何改变，其基本结构始终没有变化：包括瓶体和瓶盖，瓶体上端成型有瓶口，瓶盖通过螺旋压紧瓶口实现饮料瓶的密封。
技术人员在设计饮料瓶时采用瓶盖和瓶口上端密封的形式，忽略了瓶口上端到瓶口下端的密封处理，饮料生产后，在出厂、运输、仓储、销售和使用的各个环节中，饮料瓶密封处到瓶口下端之间的瓶口区域没有密封，极易被细菌、灰尘、脏水、甚至虫卵等细小有害物质污染，而饮用时消费者口唇很容易接触瓶口受污染部分，危及消费者的身体健康。
也有人提出了一种零部件较少的饮料瓶结构，见专利号为ZL201020212617.7的中国实用新型专利《饮料瓶》（授权公告号为CN201670478U），该专利在瓶盖内侧设置一圆环壁，圆环壁的外侧面具有与瓶口内壁上内螺纹适配的外螺纹，瓶盖与瓶体盖设后，瓶颈内外侧均与瓶盖螺纹连接，实现双重锁定，密封性大大提高，并且没有额外零部件增加，但也没有解决保护整个瓶口不受污染的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种饮料瓶瓶口下密封的解决方案。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：安全卫生下密封包装瓶，包括瓶体和瓶盖，瓶体增加了瓶口下端密封台②，瓶盖增加了瓶盖密封接口⑥，瓶口下端密封台②与瓶盖密封接口⑥紧密结合来实现瓶口密封，瓶盖密封接口⑥通过增加环形凸起加强密封效果，环形凸起数量≥1个，瓶盖下端密封内圈⑦与瓶盖密封接口⑥结合起来增强与瓶口下端密封台②密封的效果。在瓶盖上设计了瓶盖上端密封内圈⑧。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：不改变现有饮料瓶主体，只是在瓶盖和瓶口稍做改动，不影响现有产品的整体外观，几乎不增加额外材料，解决了饮用时由于瓶口没被完全密封所带来的卫生安全隐患问题，响应了消费者逐步提高的安全卫生要求，也为生产厂家树立了认真负责和对消费者真切关怀的企业形象。

如附图1所示，本发明的独特设计在于包括瓶体和瓶盖，瓶体增加了瓶口下端密封台②，瓶盖增加了瓶盖密封接口⑥，瓶口下端密封台②与瓶盖密封接口⑥紧密结合来实现瓶口密封，瓶盖密封接口⑥通过增加环形凸起加强密封效果，环形凸起数量≥1个，瓶盖下端密封内圈⑦与瓶盖密封接口⑥结合起来增强与瓶口下端密封台②密封的效果。在拧紧盖子的情况下，饮料不会从瓶口下端密封台②与瓶盖密封接口⑥密封处流出，但是有可能从瓶口流入瓶盖内，为了减少或避免这种情况的发生，在瓶盖上设计了瓶盖上端密封内圈⑧。
本专利的重点在于饮料瓶密封位置的改变，图中①至⑩部分的尺寸可根据具体情况进行调整来适合生产，图中瓶口下端密封台②的宽度可以根据具体情况调整，甚至可以延伸至瓶口壁，在这样的情况下瓶盖下端密封内圈⑦号密封内圈可以取消，详见附图4。

2.根据权利要求1所述的安全卫生下密封包装瓶，其特征为在瓶盖上设计了瓶盖上端密封内圈⑧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全卫生下密封包装瓶，其特征为瓶口下端密封台②的宽度延伸至瓶口壁，去掉瓶盖下端密封内圈⑦。
