本实用新型属于积料清除装置，特别涉及一种混合机进口的积料清除装置。
背景技术
烧结生产过程需要将各种所需原料经过混料机的加水、搅拌、制粒才能形成适合于烧结机使用的混合料。由于混料机内工作环境的恶劣，粘接现象在烧结厂普遍存在，特别是混合机的进口粘料频繁且严重。需要长时间停机通过人工才能彻底清除。如果不及时清理，造成混合料从进口倒出，对设备运行带来安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种混合机进口积料清除装置，它机构简单，运行可靠，不会出现堆料现象。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：皮带机支架固定在靠近混合机滚筒的进口处，并伸入混合机滚筒的进口，皮带机支架上固定皮带机，皮带机的出料端伸入所述的混合机滚筒内，伸入混合机滚筒进口的皮带机支架上固定刮板，刮板的下端靠近所述的混合机滚筒内壁。
本实用新型具有下列优点：1)、机构简单，运行可靠，不会出现堆料现象；2)、减少因为混合机进口粘料频繁倒置停机检修，提高设备作业率；3)、减轻人工清料的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，皮带机支架3固定在靠近混合机滚筒1的进口处，并伸入混合机滚筒1的进口，皮带机支架3上固定皮带机2，皮带机2的出料端伸入所述的混合机滚筒1内，伸入混合机滚筒1进口的皮带机支架3上固定刮板4，刮板4的下端靠近所述的混合机滚筒1内壁。
所述刮板4与皮带机支架3之间铰接调角装置(图中未画出)，以便改变刮板4与混合机滚筒1内壁之间的夹角。

1.一种混合机进口积料清除装置，其特征在于：皮带机支架(3)固定在靠近混合机滚筒(1)的进口处，并伸入混合机滚筒(1)的进口，皮带机支架(3)上固定皮带机(2)，皮带机(2)的出料端伸入所述的混合机滚筒(1)内，伸入混合机滚筒(1)进口的皮带机支架(3)上固定刮板(4)，刮板(4)的下端靠近所述的混合机滚筒(1)内壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合机进口积料清除装置，其特征在于：所述刮板(4)与皮带机支架(3)之间铰接调角装置。
