参照图1，本实施例的燃气多功能锅具，它包括锅具1，所述锅具1的中间为镂空的“凸”形、外围为环形的凹槽结构，且锅具1中心处为平面结构，所述平面结构为烹炒或烧烤区4，所述平面结构下面设有隔热板2，所述隔热板2上设有若干均匀排列的透气孔3，所述环形的凹槽结构为煲汤或炖菜区5，所述锅具1底部设有与锅具1配合的底座6。
锅具1底部的圆形底座高为30mm，以达到减少热量流失的目的；锅具1中央的烹炒或烧烤区4直径为200mm，距离锅体底面高度为90mm的平面结构；为解决火力过于直接，吸收热量过多，食物易烤焦等问题，在此平面下面40mm位置，安装一带孔隔热板2，隔热板2的作用既可以解决中间烹炒或烧烤区4的温度提升过快的问题，又可以为煲汤或炖菜区5增加热能，节省煲汤、炖菜时间；为防止粘锅，烹炒或烧烤区4采用不粘材料制成；锅具1外围直径为400mm，锅具1环绕位置为煲汤、炖菜区域，此部位通过环形底面及中间镂空“凸”形部位吸收热量。
