本实用新型公开了一种塑料焊接用平头固定焊嘴，解决了现有焊枪焊接操作麻烦的问题。该焊嘴包括一与热风焊枪的嘴管相适配的管体，管体内设有贯通管体的管腔，管体尾端沿管体的长度方向设有条形槽，管体前端的一侧壁设有一段向前延伸并外凸的延伸部，延伸部末端设有片状的导热平头板，导热平头板和延伸部一体成型在管体上，管体为导热的金属管体。进行塑料焊接时，将焊嘴套接在热风焊枪的嘴管上，通过热风焊枪输出的热风加热焊嘴前端的导热平头板，然后用高温的导热平头板对两块待焊接的塑料板材的接缝进行初步粘接，使塑料板材得到初步固定，便于后期用热风焊枪直接焊接。本实用新型简单实用，相比以往的塑料单丝焊接，本实用新型焊接操作方便。

背景技术
在制作塑料槽罐、塔器等塑料设备时用塑料焊条进行焊接是一道必不可少的工序，一般在进行塑料焊接时需要先用φ1.5的塑料单丝将两块塑料板材初步粘接起来，在这个初步焊接的过程中通常焊接员是一手持塑料单丝，一手持热风焊枪。此种操作方式存在下列弊端：1、焊接时容易触动被焊接的塑料板材，导致焊接位置发生偏移；2、塑料单丝在热熔之后进入两块塑料板材之间的焊缝时容易发生溢出，影响美观；3、为防止触碰到塑料板材使之发生偏移，持塑料单丝焊接时需要他人协助；4、塑料单丝消耗量大，增加了焊接成本。

为了解决上述技术存在的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种在进行塑料焊接时用来初步粘接塑料板材的平头固定焊嘴。

如图1和图2所示，一种塑料焊接用平头固定焊嘴，其包括一与热风焊枪的嘴管相适配的管体1，管体1为导热材质的管体，本实用新型优选为导热的金属材质管体。管体1内设有贯通管体1的管腔2，使用时，将热风焊枪的嘴管插入管腔2中即可。管体1前端的一侧壁设有一段向前延伸并外凸的延伸部3，该延伸部3的末端设有片状的导热平头板4，从热风焊枪中输出的热风可直接将热量传递到导热平头板4上。为方便插接固定在热风焊枪的嘴管上，管体1的尾端沿管体的长度方向设有一段条形槽5，通过该条形槽5可将焊嘴牢牢地固定在热风焊枪的嘴管上。在本实用新型的优选实施例中，导热平头板4和延伸部3一体成型在管体1上。
