Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种内镜多用套管针,包括空心针、可插入空心针的针芯、可连接空心针的针管和套在针管外的套管;所述空心针由内径为0.2mm至0.5mm的金属管构成,所述针体上有刻痕便于B超引导,尖锐的前端构成针尖,根部连接针管;所述针芯由外径略小于空心针内径的金属丝构成针芯体,其前端为平头,所述针芯体略长于空心针加针管的总长度;所述针管由塑料管制成,前端与空心针连接,后端与注射器连接,针管的长度为1000mm至1500mm;所述套管由内径略大于针管外径的塑料管构成,后端设有手柄。本实用新型结构合理,加工工艺简单,成本低廉,使用时组织损伤少、定位准确,可降低手术医疗风险,一套针具可实施多种微创手术治疗。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于将介质输入人体的器械,具体涉及一种用于获得病理诊断标本和微创介入治疗的内镜多用套管针。
背景技术
[0002] 经内镜是医生获得人体病理诊断标本和进行微创介入治疗的主要手段,其目的是在体外和气道及其周围病变部位之间建立一个导出或导入物质的临时通道。这种专门的手术技术可以实现经皮穿刺难以实行的项目。
[0003] 进行经内镜穿刺操作的专门器具称为穿刺针。通常经专门设计加工的不同尺寸和形状的穿刺针用于进行不同目的专项操作。如申请号为02258786.1的“胸穿套管针组件”,申请号为95209505.X的“膀胱穿刺气囊套管针”,申请号为002067196的“一种溶栓穿刺套管针”,200710113347.7的“一次性穿刺造瘘套管针”等实用新型和发明专利。
[0004]目前已知所有公开的经内镜的套管针具,均未涉及可序贯进行多项诊断和治疗的内镜多用套管针具。实际临床操作时,遇到需要同一部位的多项诊断和治疗时,多采用不同的针具在邻近的部位重复进行穿刺。特别是尚无成熟的、在内镜下植入放、化疗粒子的工具。因此,如何设计出合理、安全、便捷、精准的可序贯进行多项诊断和治疗的经内镜针具,是一个亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
[0005] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有多重套管结构的,可序贯进行多项病理诊断和微创介入治疗的内镜多用套管针。
[0006] 本实用新型的技术方案是:内镜多用套管针包括空心针、可插入空心针的针芯、可连接空心针的针管和套在针管外的套管。

具体实施方式
[0019] 以下以实施例和附图对本实用新型器具做进一步的说明:

[0021] 如图1所示,在用作活检穿刺针时,本实用新型的结构是由空心针1、可插入空心针I的针芯2、可连接空心针I的针管3和套在针管3外的套管4组成。空心针I的针体由内径为0.5mmX 15mm的金属管加工而成,针体的前端经磨削加工成尖锐的针尖,在针体的根部牢固连接空心的针管3。所述针体上有刻痕,便于B超引导,尖锐的前端构成针尖,根部连接针管3。
[0022] 针芯2由外径略小于空心针内径的金属丝经加工构成,针芯的前端为平头,在针芯的末端设有一定刻度,便于精确计算粒子植入的深度和数量。针芯的长度要长于空心针I加针管3的总长度,便于推出粒子。
[0023] 针管3由塑料管制成,前端与空心针I连接,后端为一特殊构件,可与注射器连接。针管的长度为1500mm。
[0024] 套管4为内径略大于针管3外径的塑料管,由体部5、尖部6和柄部7构成。
[0025] 本实施例中,构成空心针I和针芯2选用镍合金材料,针管3和套管4选用塑料材料,按一定的尺寸经剪切、磨削等方法加工而成。柄部7采用工程塑料压塑而成。
[0026] 使用操作时首先将空心针以适宜的深度刺入病患部位,即可进行针吸活检和实施液体药物注射。经内镜活检孔插入多用活检针(针尖务必在套管内),到达预定部位后,伸出活检针,并在超声内镜引导下经气管(或支气管)插入瘤体或淋巴结内。进行穿刺活检时,针尾连接20ml空针,持续负压吸引下,反复提拉穿刺4-5次,然后拔出活检针,将抽吸的物质打到载玻片上,涂片,送检病理。

[0028] 若需植入放射性粒子和化疗粒子,则需先将放射性粒子和化疗粒子装入空心针内,然后将空心针刺入病变部位,再插入针芯,将粒子推到病变部位。
[0029] 如图2所示,先将1-2颗放疗或化疗粒子插入针尖内,针尖涂抹少量碘伏,将针芯插入到活检针内,再将活检针从内镜活检孔插入,在超声内镜引导下经气管(或支气管)插入瘤体或淋巴结内,在回撤活检针的过程中同时前推针芯,粒子即释放到瘤体(淋巴结)内。

1.内镜多用套管针,其特征在于:包括空心针(I)、可插入空心针的针芯(2)、可连接空心针的针管(3)和套在针管外的套管(4);所述针芯(2)由外径略小于空心针内径的金属丝构成针芯体,其前端为平头,所述针芯体略长于空心针加针管的总长度;在所述针芯(2)的末端设有一定刻度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内镜多用套管针,其特征在于:所述空心针由内径为0.2mm至0.5mm的金属管构成针体,所述针体上有刻痕,便于B超引导,尖锐的前端构成针尖,根部连接针管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内镜多用套管针,其特征在于:所述针管由塑料管制成,前端与空心针连接,后端与注射器连接,针管的长度为100mm至1500mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内镜多用套管针,其特征在于:所述套管由内径略大于针管外径的塑料管构成,后端设有手柄。
