[0025] 带压原水来水17经过射流曝气器4中,通入静态管道混合器5中,加药装置通过计量泵将杀菌剂和PAC送至管道混合器5内,静态管道混合器5剪切搅拌,混合均匀后,通入该装置底部的配水区1,进行均匀布水,使得水流速度降低,并缓慢进入高浓度的絮凝反应区2,进行彻底的混凝反应,接着在斜管沉淀区3的导流区的导流作用下,带压原水来水17沿蜂窝状的斜管倾斜往上流动,进入斜管沉淀区3的沉降区内,沉积下来的污泥在重力作用下,沿斜管倾斜方向往下滑落,同时滑落的矾花在导流斜管的水力作用下,被推到该装置的排泥斗8内,而通过斜管澄清后的水则进入膜过滤区10内,并至上而下通过膜芯11进行过滤,水中的矾花被膜芯11拦截并过滤。过滤后的清水通过管道返汇集至清水层,最终进入清水箱6。
[0026] 过滤时,膜芯11不断截留悬浮物,阻力增加,使得虹吸管12内的水位不断上升。当水位达到虹吸辅助管14的管口时,水自该管中落下,并使虹吸管12内形成真空,产生一定的压差,发生虹吸作用,将虹吸水箱9中的水自上而下地对膜芯11进行反冲洗。当反冲洗结束时,空气进入虹吸管12,使虹吸被破坏,反冲洗停止。
[0027] 沉淀下的泥渣经自动排泥装置7定时自动排出,排出的泥浆和过滤反冲洗水经排污口 15和滤池排污口 16接至下水道或污泥浓缩池进行干化处理。

1.一种重力式一体化净水器,包括外圆筒、与所述外圆筒为同心圆筒的内圆筒、设于所述外圆筒的顶部的虹吸水箱、虹吸管、连通管、设于所述外圆筒的外部的射流曝气器、静态管道混合器、清水箱和采用太阳能供电的自动排泥装置,其特征在于,所述外圆筒内从下到上依次设有配水区、絮凝反应区和斜管沉淀区,所述外圆筒的底部还设有一端与所述斜管沉淀区相连、另一端与所述自动排泥装置相连的排泥斗;所述内圆筒内设有膜芯为中空纤维管式微滤膜的膜过滤区,所述虹吸管的开口设于所述膜过滤区内,所述虹吸水箱与所述膜过滤区和所述虹吸管通过所述连通管相连,所述虹吸管的弯折处还连通有虹吸辅助管;所述静态管道混合器的一端与所述射流曝气器相连、另一端与所述配水区相连,所述清水箱与所述膜过滤区相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重力式一体化净水器,其特征在于,所述中空纤维管式微滤膜为氧化铝中空纤维管式氧化铝微滤膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重力式一体化净水器,其特征在于,所述静态管道混合器的内部叶片由单孔道左、右扭转的螺旋片组焊而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重力式一体化净水器,其特征在于,所述斜管沉淀区由截面为六边形的蜂窝斜管组成。
