Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种土工膜锚固件,包括由高密度聚乙烯塑料制成一体结构的条形锚固件;条形锚固件的横断面为由横板和立板构成的T形结构,横板的两纵边沿分别设置有向下延伸的边条,位于立板的两侧板面分别沿纵向设置有多个凸条。本实用新型优点在于将锚固件的横断面做成T形结构,立板作为锚固爪,其两侧板面分别设置多个凸条,这样锚固时能够更好的与混凝土结合为一个整体,增加了锚固件的抗拔力,同时也起到延长渗径,减少从锚固件侧向渗水的可能。通过立板下端的安装孔使锚固件牢固地固定在相邻钢筋上,施工方便。同时,在混凝土振捣过程中锚固件不会发生位移;即使在施工过程中出现跑模现象,也不会影响到锚固件的固定。

[0002] 土工膜因其施工简便、防渗性能好、造价相对较低等优点,现已广泛应用于水利、市政、环保、水产养殖业等行业的防渗工程。土工膜在应用施工工程中,经常遇到如何将其固定在混凝土结构上并保证防渗效果的问题。目前,土工膜锚固件多由高密度聚乙烯塑料制成的条形产品,其横断面形状为U形或E形结构。使用时,首先将锚固件的锚固爪固定在混凝土中,保证锚固件有一定的抗拔力,然后将土工膜焊接在锚固件外露的表面上,从而使土工膜与混凝土无缝连接在一起。上述结构的土工膜锚固件具有结构简单,焊接施工方便,防渗效果较好等优点。但也存在不足之处:1、与混凝土的结合不是很牢固,锚固件容易脱落;2、锚固爪深入混凝土后容易形成新的渗水通道;3、施工过程中不容易固定,施工不方便。

[0013] 如图1、2所示,本实用新型使用时,首先将所述锚固件根据结构尺寸摆放好,然后在立板2下端的安装孔7内穿过铁丝8将锚固件绑紧,锚固件就可以很好的固定在当前位置,固定好锚固件后就可以立模板浇筑混凝土,将土工膜9通过挤出焊点10固定在横板I表面。

2.根据权利要求1所述的土工膜锚固件,其特征在于:所述立板的底边沿和所述两个边条的底边沿均为向两侧倾斜的梯形结构;立板下端设置有用于锚固件安装固定的安装孔。
