本实用新型属于软包装技术领域，具体涉及一种具有易揭效果的软包装封口盖膜。一种具有压花效果的软包装易揭封口盖膜，包括铝箔层，还包括双淋膜工艺复合而成的聚乙烯层与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层，所述铝箔层底部通过粘合剂层粘合聚乙烯层，所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层压有有凹凸的纹路。本实用新型以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层作为热封层，使本盖膜具有易揭盖效果，而且聚乙烯层与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层通过双淋膜工艺复合而成，使此盖膜有更好的层间强度，降低分层的风险，粘合较好，另外，乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层压制凸凹不平的压花效果，可以很好的减少接触面积，减少摩擦力，使走机更顺畅，保证膜的正常拖动。

背景技术
目前市场上杯子上面的软包装封口盖膜的内面大都是光滑的，光滑的内面，碰到特殊灌装封口设备，在走机过程中，光滑的内面与机器钢面接触会出现吸附，影响生产。设计内面凸凹的压花效果，可以减少接触面积，保证膜的正常拖动。例如，中国实用新型专利“单面压花封口膜”（专利号ZL 201120073246.3）公开了一种单面压花封口膜，它包括基材、中间层和热封树脂层，热封树脂层采用聚乙烯（PE），热封树脂层上有凹凸花纹，能够有效解决自动化封口操作中的粘连。但是该专利中的单面压花封口膜不具有易揭的效果，而且层间强度较低。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有具有压花效果的软包装易揭封口盖膜。

一种具有压花效果的软包装易揭封口盖膜，包括铝箔层，还包括双淋膜工艺复合而成的聚乙烯层与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层，所述铝箔层底部通过粘合剂层粘合聚乙烯层，所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层压有有凹凸的纹路。

本实用新型以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层作为热封层，使本盖膜具有易揭效果，而且聚乙烯层与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层通过双淋膜工艺复合而成，使本实用新型盖膜具有更好的层间强度，降低分层的风险，粘合较好，另外，乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层压制凸凹不平的压花效果，可以很好的减少接触面积，减少摩擦力，使走机更顺畅，保证膜的正常拖动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种具有压花效果的软包装易揭封口盖膜，包括铝箔层1，还包括双淋膜工艺复合而成的聚乙烯层3与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层4，双淋膜工艺即同时淋膜聚乙烯（PE）和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物（EVA），这种复合方式使这两层的粘合效果更好，层间强度高，分层风险小，相比其它复合方式（如吹膜PE上面直接淋膜EVA）具有更好的复合强度。所述铝箔层1底部通过粘合剂层2粘合聚乙烯层3，所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层4设有凹凸的纹路5，该凹凸的纹路5通过挤复生产工序特制凸凹压辊，通过机械压制的工艺生产出来。

1.一种具有压花效果的软包装易揭封口盖膜，其特征在于：包括铝箔层（1），还包括双淋膜工艺复合而成的聚乙烯层（3）与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层（4），所述铝箔层（1）底部通过粘合剂层（2）粘合聚乙烯层（3），所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层（4）压有有凹凸的纹路（5）。
