Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种尿道逆行造影检查器，包括注射器及与注射器端头相连的注液软管，注液软管上固定有一伞状接头罩，伞状接头罩的开口向外侧。此尿道逆行造影检查器可由患者自行使用，通过将注液软管经过外尿道口插入后，将伞状接头罩扣在外生殖器上对注液软管进行固定，随后患者可自行通过与注液软管相连的注射器自行注入造影剂，整个过程患者可自行完成，从而降低患者的不适，提高其舒适感，同时可避免医务人员X线暴露，也减少患者的X线暴露，此实用新型用于医疗器械领域。

尿道狭窄是泌尿外科的常见病，诊断时均需行尿道逆行造影检查，目前行此检查时都是医务人员用注射器从患者尿道外口逆行注入造影剂，边注射造影剂边拍X片，此种检查方法容易导致患者难受，且医务人员被迫暴露在X线下，存在诸多不便。

一种尿道逆行造影检查器，包括注射器及与注射器端头相连的注液软管，注液软管上固定有一伞状接头罩，伞状接头罩的开口向外侧。
进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进，伞状接头罩上相对开口的一侧设有口径大于注液软管外径的衔接口，注液软管上位于衔接口内侧设有阻挡环。
进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进，伞状接头罩上位于衔接口以及开口侧均设有环状卷边。
进一步作为本实用新型技术方案的改进，注液软管为乳胶管。
本实用新型的有益效果：此尿道逆行造影检查器可由患者自行使用，通过将注液软管经过外尿道口插入后，将伞状接头罩扣在外生殖器上对注液软管进行固定，随后患者可自行通过与注液软管相连的注射器自行注入造影剂，整个过程患者可自行完成，从而降低患者的不适，提高其舒适感，同时可避免医务人员X线暴露，也减少患者的X线暴露。

具体实施方式
参照图1，本实用新型为一种尿道逆行造影检查器，包括注射器1及与注射器1端头相连的注液软管2，注液软管2上固定有一伞状接头罩3，伞状接头罩3的开口向外侧。
此尿道逆行造影检查器可由患者自行使用，通过将注液软管2经过外尿道口插入后，将伞状接头罩3扣在外生殖器上对注液软管2进行固定，随后患者可自行通过与注液软管2相连的注射器1自行注入造影剂，整个过程患者可自行完成，从而降低患者的不适，提高其舒适感，同时可避免医务人员X线暴露，也减少患者的X线暴露。
作为本实用新型优选的实施方式，伞状接头罩3上相对开口的一侧设有口径大于注液软管2外径的衔接口31，注液软管2上位于衔接口31内侧设有阻挡环。
作为本实用新型优选的实施方式，伞状接头罩3上位于衔接口31以及开口侧均设有环状卷边32。
衔接口31处设置小卷边绕注液软管2对粘，环状卷边32绕阴茎冠状沟对粘，可以很好的固定注液软管2及防止造影剂外溢。
作为本实用新型优选的实施方式，注液软管2为乳胶管。
使用此装置进行尿道造影时，患者一个人可完成操作，消除了目前由医生操作逆行注射造影剂的情况，避免医务人员的X线暴露。
由于此造影器能较好的把造影剂注入狭窄部位，能较好的固定尿管，能大大提高尿道狭窄的准确诊断率，同时节省检查时间。
由于此造影器能提高诊断率，减少重复X线照片次数，也减少了患者的X线暴露。
伞状接头罩3的开口侧和衔接口31 侧设置的环状卷边32可增强伞状接头罩3两侧的牢固性能，且能保证伞状接头罩3与外生殖器的紧固连接。
当然，本实用新型创造并不局限于上述实施方式，熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本实用新型精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换，这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的尿道逆行造影检查器，其特征在于：所述伞状接头罩（3）上相对开口的一侧设有口径大于注液软管（2）外径的衔接口（31），所述注液软管（2）上位于衔接口（31）内侧设有阻挡环。
3.根据权利要求2所述的尿道逆行造影检查器，其特征在于：所述伞状接头罩（3）上位于衔接口（31）以及开口侧均设有环状卷边（32）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的尿道逆行造影检查器，其特征在于：所述注液软管（2）为乳胶管。
