[0002] 脱硫废水主要是电厂锅炉烟气湿法脱硫(石灰石/石膏法)过程中吸收塔的排放 水。为了维持脱硫装置浆液循环系统物质的平衡,防止烟气中可溶部分即氯浓度超过规定 值和保证石膏质量,必须从系统中排放一定量的废水,废水主要来自石膏脱水和清洗系统。 废水中含有的杂质主要包括悬浮物、过饱和的亚硫酸盐、硫酸盐以及重金属,其中很多是国 家环保标准中要求严格控制的第一类污染物。与传统废水性质差别较大,难于同步处理,不 得不投入大量资金设置独立的脱硫废水处理系统。 实用新型内容

[0005] 本实用新型提供的电厂脱硫废水处理装置,包括废水中和反应池、澄清池、设在烟 道入口的空气预热器、设在烟道内的雾化器、设在烟道出口的除尘器以及连通的脱硫塔,所 述废水中和反应池的进水管与脱硫塔的排水管相连,澄清池的进水管与废水中和反应池的 排水管相连,澄清池通过水泵输送装置和加气装置与雾化器相连。
[0006] 所述废水中和反应池采用由3个隔槽串联组成的三联箱;所述雾化器位置位于空 气预热器后1. 5米位置,水平布置,雾化方向与烟气方向相同。

[0019] 烟气从空气预热器4沿烟道进入除尘器2除尘,经脱硫塔1脱硫后排放。脱硫废 水从脱硫塔1经过废水管道进入废水中和反应池8 (三联箱),依次自流充满三联箱的每个 隔槽,在三联箱内废水经过氧化反应、沉淀反应将脱硫废水中钙镁离子、重金属离子全部进 行沉淀处理,从三联箱流出的水进入的澄清池7将沉积物沉降下来,下部的沉淀物浓缩成 污泥,上部清水通过水泵输送装置6和加气装置5的共同作用下,将澄清后的脱硫废水变成 汽水混合物输入到位于空气预热器4后面1. 5m位置的雾化器6,脱硫废水由雾化器6雾化 后沿着烟气流动方向被烟气的余热蒸干,最终被除尘器2将脱硫废水的杂质随着飞灰沉积 下来,蒸发后的水气重新进入脱硫塔1进入下一个循环,从而达到处理脱硫废水的目的。

1. 一种30(MW及以上火力发电机组脱硫废水处理装置,其特征是包括废水中和反应 池、澄清池、设在烟道入口的空气预热器、设在烟道内的雾化器、设在烟道出口的除尘器以 及连通的脱硫塔,所述废水中和反应池的进水管与脱硫塔的排水管相连,澄清池的进水管 与废水中和反应池的排水管相连,澄清池通过水泵输送装置和加气装置与雾化器相连。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的300MW及以上火力发电机组脱硫废水处理装置,其特征是所 述废水中和反应池采用由3个隔槽串联组成的三联箱;所述雾化器位置位于空气预热器后 1. 5米位置,水平布置,雾化方向与烟气方向相同。
