由于太阳能组件产品工作的环境比较恶劣，需要同时具备抵抗风雪的机械载荷、潮湿及盐雾腐蚀严酷的耐候能力，才能确保太阳能组件的设计寿命，并保证功率的衰减在允许范围之内，因此密封要求尤为重要，封装是太阳能组件生产中的关键步骤；封装边框溢胶技术使硅胶胶量从背板面溢出，而正面玻璃铝材不溢出，背板溢出整齐的效果，通过改善溢胶现象，提升组件清洁擦拭的效率，进而直接的减少了清洁擦拭造成的电池片隐裂的几率，使得光伏组件更可靠，光伏产业更能长久发展，目前用于注胶的注胶枪的枪头注射后会形成锋利的45°角，影响密封效果。

作为优选地，所述的斜边的高度为7.5-8.5mm。
