本实用新型涉及厨房用具领域，具体说是一种锅具防溅油装置。
背景技术
目前，厨房烹饪者一般都是穿戴传统式的围裙，防止锅具里面的油溅到身上，对于手上被溅油还没有一种方便有效地措施，而防止墙上被溅油，已经有了灶具包围式的挡油板。因为围裙穿戴有些麻烦甚至夏天致热，如今的人们已经不怎么喜欢穿戴围裙了，但是人们的心理却是很重视炒菜被溅油到身上、手上。于是迫切需要一种既能够阻挡手上身上被溅油，又能不妨碍锅内视线和翻炒操作的技术与产品。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种代替传统围裙和手套的锅具防溅油装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：用挡油板挡住从锅内溅出的一部分食用油，而且不妨碍锅铲翻炒操作，板状材料与固卡或磁吸装置组成的挡油板组合体，固定、装载在锅具本体或锅把上，挡油板组合体的固卡或磁吸装置设有卡槽、卡头或磁铁，能够随时将板状材料从锅具上安装或取下，固卡或磁吸装置设置有可手动步进旋转的卡旋装置，便于将板状材料扳倒至不同角度，板状材料是凹凸面形或平面形，板状材料的边形为任意边形，板状材料是透明或不透明的材料，当炒菜时，烹饪者随时可以将板状材料和相应装载装置组成的挡油板装载到锅具上，或者将固定安装于锅具上的挡油板从扳倒状态随手扳成竖直状态，阻挡溅到人体身上的热油。
本实用新型的优点是：1.烹饪者依靠挡油板躲避溅油的同时，可以通过透明的挡油板材料观察锅内情况；2.挡油板只占锅具的某一小范围，翻炒的锅铲有足够的大范围自由操作空间，完全不影响使用习惯；3.巧妙地设计方案，实用又美观；4.烹饪者可以依据各自的习惯，将挡油板一直固定于锅具上或者随时取下清洗；5.在不想挡人体方向的溅油时，也可以将挡油板移至锅具后方防止溅油到墙上。

具体实施例
  在图1中锅具由锅体4和锅把3组成，板状材料1与挡油板插槽2a为挡油板组合体，凸插总成2b组合了锅具卡件和旋卡件，可以安装固定在锅体4上。使用时，只要将挡油板的插槽2a直套凸插总成2b的凸头，当凸头完全插入挡油板插槽2a内时，插槽内的弹性珠正好陷入凸头上的一个孔内，不让挡油板轻易掉落出来，若要将挡油板与凸插总成2b分离，只要稍微多加点力气将挡油板拔出即可，还能利用悬挂孔5将挡油板挂在墙上待用，如果不想拔出挡油板方便下次快速使用，也可以将挡油板往锅体4的径外方向扳倒，这样烹饪者对锅具内的视线又回复了原状，这种方式可以快速抬起挡油板挡住突然溅出的油。
  在图2和图3中凸插总成2是安装固定在锅把3上，其它都和图1的结构、操作基本一致。

1.一种锅具防溅油装置，采用挡油板挡住从锅内溅出的一部分食用油，而且不妨碍锅铲翻炒操作，其特征是：板状材料与固卡或磁吸装置组成的挡油板组合体，固定、装载在锅具本体或锅把上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锅具防溅油装置，其特征是：挡油板组合体的固卡或磁吸装置设有卡槽、卡头或磁铁，能够随时将板状材料从锅具上安装或取下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锅具防溅油装置，其特征是：固卡或磁吸装置设置有可手动步进旋转的卡旋装置，便于将板状材料扳倒至不同角度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锅具防溅油装置，其特征是：板状材料是凹凸面形或平面形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锅具防溅油装置，其特征是：板状材料的边形为任意边形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锅具防溅油装置，其特征是：板状材料是透明或不透明的材料。
