背景技术
[0002]目前,大部分油田采油综合含水率普遍都很高,甚至达90 %以上,高含水率不仅给油田生产带来系列困难,对于油库储运也产生多种影响,具体如降低设备利用率、增加升温和输送过程的能耗、加剧金属管路的设备结垢和腐蚀等,因此,在高含水情况下要得到稳定产量,必须提高油水分离器运转负荷,开发使用高效的油水分离器,增加处理量、提高分离效率、降低运营成本。
[0003] 对于游离水的脱除,主要有重力分离法、过滤法、离心分离法、浮选法、生物氧化法、化学法、吸附法、粗粒化法、声波微波法等,其中,重力分离法因其采用的装置结构简单、技术成熟且运行成本低而在油田上获得广泛应用,而采用重力分离法的仰角式游离水脱除器因其高效的分离效果获得了更大的关注。该仰角式游离水脱除器有一定倾角,如图1所示,应用时液体会自动向水相出口流动,在分离器中不易形成死区,使分离空间得到充分利用,既有卧式分离器油水界面面积大的优点又有立式结构油的浮升距离大的特点,分离效率较高。具体地,应用仰角式游离水脱除器过程为:当油水混合液进入仰角分离器时,油相聚集在上段,水相在下段,在水相上方分离器的上壁面会形成连续流动的油相层膜,后续上升的油滴到壁面时会与油膜聚并,实现油水分离;由于设有倾角,油膜在重力差作用下连续流动,表面不断更新,活性物质不能在油膜表面积累,从而降低了对液滴聚结的影响,使液滴容易聚结,倾角还可以使层膜的滑动速度提高,从而降低膜厚,使液滴聚并时间缩短,进而使油滴完成有效聚并的流量上限增大,允许的流量增加,处理量也随之增加,但安全性及分离的精度较低。
[0004] 从装置作用方式来看,现有油田采用的排水截油装置大体分为三种:(I)在立式或卧式分离器上安装油水界位计,通过排水时界位变化控制排水节奏;(2)安装限位含水分析仪,当分析仪检测含水率高时可自由排水,油水界面同时下降,当油水过渡带接近或覆盖限位含水分析仪,检测到含油率超过限制,则停止排水;(3)直接在分离器排水管道上安装含水分析仪,通过含水率检测和阈值监控来控制排水阀的开关。排水截油的效果主要取决于分离器的油水分离效果、分析仪表的精度和响应速度。上述三种方式中,第一种方式分离较为粗略,精度和可靠性低;第二种方式安全可靠,但安装不便,排水效率低;第三种方式安全性较低,分离效果完全决定于单台含水分析仪的精度和可靠性。

[0024] 如图2所示,本实用新型的一种排水截油装置,包括仰角式游离水脱除器I以及分别与仰角式游离水脱除器I相连接的油收集器2和游离水收集器3,仰角式游离水脱除器I上设有油水混合物入口(图中未示)、油出口(图中未示)和游离水出口(图中未示),油收集器2与所述油出口相连接,游离水收集器3与所述游离水出口相连接;其中,还包括含油监测装置和含水监测装置4,所述含油监测装置有两组,所述两组含油监测装置分别为第一含油监测装置5和第二含油监测装置6,第一含油监测装置5与仰角式游离水脱除器I的油水混合物入口相连接,第二含油监测装置6与游离水收集器3相连接,含水监测装置4与油收集器2相连接。

[0027] 如图2所示,应用本实用新型排水截油装置时,将沉降罐等装置中的油水混合物在第一含油监测装置5监测的情况下经油水混合物入口进入仰角式游离水脱除器1,油水混合物在仰角式游离水脱除器I中进行油水分离,分离所得游离水经游离水出口进入游离水收集器3,再在第二含油监测装置6的监测下排放;分离所得油在含水监测装置4的监测下经油出口进入油收集器2。在上述应用过程中,通过第一含油监测装置5在仰角式游离水脱除器I的油水混合物入口监测进液的总含油率;通过第二含油监测装置6监测排放的游离水的含油率;通过含水监测装置4监测收集油的含水率,从而使油水混合物的分离自始至终都处在监测中,进而使分离的精度得到保障,分离的可靠性和安全性都得到保证,且装置本身安装方便,操作便捷,总体上,使分离效率得到充分提高。

[0031] 在上述实施例中,根据实际分离的需要,优选地,第一含油分析仪501的量程大于第二含油分析仪601的量程,从而使进入仰角式游离水脱除器I的混合物及由仰角式游离水脱除器I排出的水的含油量得到有效监测。为保障进一步保障分离的精度和安全可靠性,所述第一含油分析仪501和第二含油分析仪601优选为红外透散射式水中含油分析仪,使水中含油率检测准确度达到Ippm ;所述含水分析仪401优选为电容式含水分析仪或射频含水分析仪,使油中含水率检测准确度达到0.1vol从而为排水截油效果提供充分保证,进而提高原油截收率,相应地,提高经济效益并减少环境污染。
[0032] 如图3所示,应用本实用新型排水截油装置时,基本应用方式同实施例1,具体地,在油水混合物的分离过程中,通过第一含油分析仪501测量向仰角式游离水脱除器I输送的油水混合物的总含油率,根据所测含油率是否超过进行正常分离集油排水的阈值来控制在其后端设置的第一截止阀502的开启和关闭,当所测含油率在正常分离的阈值范围内,则开启第一截止阀502,使油水混合物进入仰角式游离水脱除器I进行分离,否则,则关闭第一截止阀502 ;在仰角式游离水脱除器I中油水分离后由游离水收集器3收集的水排放前,通过第二含油分析仪601测量欲排放水的含油率,当游离水含油率满足排放标准时,控制开启在其后设置的第二截止阀602进行排放;通过含水分析仪4检测进入油收集器2上端的油中含水率,当含水率低于设定阈值时,配合抽取泵等抽油装置将析出油层抽出。对于上述过程中设定的截止阈值,根据具体的分离实际要求进行确定,如通常第一含油分析仪501的设置截止阈值为I〜3vol%,第二含油分析仪601的设置截止阈值设置为10〜100ppm ;总体的运行控制是当第一含油分析仪501和第二含油分析仪601的检测值低于其设定截止阈值时,其各自后端的截止阀打开,持续注入或者排放;当检测值设定的截止阈值时,关闭其各自后端设置的截止阀,停止注入或者排放;而对于以及含水分析仪401则是所测含水率的值达到收集标准时,开启抽取泵等抽油装置收集分离所得的油。总之,如图3所示,随着油水分离的进行,下层水中含油率不断下降,静置足够时间后,根据含水分析仪401的检测抽取收集油到油收集器2中,根据第二含油分析仪601对游离水收集器3中游离水含油率的检测,打开第二截止阀602排放,同时引入油水混合物继续进行分离,并根据第一含油分析仪501的监测值控制油水混合物入口处的第一截止阀501进行开关;如此往复循环,充分保证排水效率和截油效果。

[0034] 如图2至图4所示,本实用新型的一种排水截油装置,其基本结构设置及应用同实施例I或实施例2,具体地,为进一步降低脱除器底部游离水中的含油率,充分保障分离所得水的排放不对环境造成二次污染,在游离水收集器3的排水端设置净化结构7,通过净化结构7对分离所得的游离水进行再次净化分离。

Claims (10)
1.一种排水截油装置,包括仰角式游离水脱除器以及分别与所述仰角式游离水脱除器相连接的油收集器和游离水收集器,所述仰角式游离水脱除器上设有油水混合物入口、油出口和游离水出口,所述油收集器与所述油出口相连接,所述游离水收集器与所述游离水出口相连接,其特征在于:还包括含油监测装置和含水监测装置,所述含油监测装置有两组,所述两组含油监测装置分别为第一含油监测装置和第二含油监测装置,所述第一含油监测装置与所述仰角式游离水脱除器的油水混合物入口相连接,所述第二含油监测装置与所述游离水收集器相连接,所述含水监测装置与所述油收集器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述油收集器和游离水收集器相对设置,其中,所述油收集器设置在所述仰角式游离水脱除器的上方,所述游离水收集器设置在所述仰角式游离水脱除器的下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述油收集器设置在所述仰角式游离水脱除器的上表面; 所述游离水收集器设置在所述仰角式游离水脱除器的下表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述排水截油装置还包括控制器,所述控制器与所述第一含油监测装置、第二含油监测装置和含水监测装置分别相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述第一含油监测装置包括相连接的第一含油分析仪和第一截止阀,所述第一截止阀与所述油水混合物入口相连接; 所述第二含油监测装置包括相连接的第二含油分析仪和第二截止阀,所述第二含油分析仪和所述游离水收集器相连接; 所述含水监测装置包括相连接的含水分析仪和抽油装置,所述含水分析仪设置在所述油收集器内部,所述抽油装置与所述油出口相连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述排水截油装置还包括控制器,所述第一含油分析仪和第一截止阀分别与所述控制器相连接; 所述第二含油分析仪和第二截止阀分别与所述控制器相连接; 所述含水分析仪和抽油装置分别与所述控制器相连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述第一含油分析仪的量程大于所述第二含油分析仪的量程。
8.根据权利要求5所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述含水分析仪为电容式含水分析仪或射频含水分析仪。
9.根据权利要求5所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:所述第一含油分析仪和第二含油分析仪为红外透散射式水中含油分析仪。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的排水截油装置,其特征在于:在所述游离水收集器的排水端或者所述仰角式游离水脱除器的游离水出口处设置有净化结构。
