本实用新型涉及一种防水变压插头，包括一插头本体及背盖，背盖设在插头本体的一端；插头本体与背盖的两两接合面通过超声波焊接方式密封连接形成防水密封部，所述插头本体与背盖焊接连接后形成一整体。采用超声波焊接方式将背盖与插头本体焊接在一起，同样在背盖与插接本体之间形成了防水密封部，且可以在短时间内使插头本体与背盖的两两接合面实现密封连接，便可达到密封防水的效果，不用再额外设置防水部件或者涂抹密封胶，降低制造成本，提高了生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种插头，具体涉及一种防水变压插头。
背景技术
目前市场上具有防水功能的变压插头，是在插头本体与后盖结合部位设置一防水元件，该防水元件一般为密封圈或者在结合部位涂上密封胶，来达到密封防水的作用。
采用以上两种密封方式，由于需要有防水元件或者密封胶，增加了制造成本，同时还需要额外的安装防水元件和涂抹密封胶，增加了作业时间，降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防水变压插头，其防水结构不需要额外的防水元件或者密封胶，以降低制造成本、提升生产效率。
为了解决上述技术问题，一种防水变压插头，包括一插头本体及背盖，背盖设在插头本体的一端；插头本体与背盖的两两接合面通过超声波焊接方式密封连接形成防水密封部，所述插头本体与背盖焊接连接后形成一整体。采用超声波焊接方式将背盖与插头本体焊接在一起，同样在背盖与插接本体之间形成了防水密封部，且可以在短时间内使插头本体与背盖的两两接合面实现密封连接，便可达到密封防水的效果，不用再额外设置防水部件或者涂抹密封胶，降低制造成本，提高了生产效率。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述插头本体内设有一中空的容置部，容置部内设有一变压单元，插头本体的另一端设有电连接变压单元的电源导片。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述的容置部内壁相对两侧对称设置有卡槽，变压单元边缘插置在卡槽内。这样，便于定位变压单元，也方便安装和拆卸变压单元。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，在插头本体的另一端内部设有围绕电源导片的加强部，在加强部上设有与插头本体连接的加强筋。在使用该防水变压插头时，由于电源导片会受到横向和纵向的力，而插接本体仅与小部分的电源导片连接，因此，在与电源导片连接的插接本体处容易被损坏，为了提高该处的强度，设置了加强部，为了进一步提高加强部的强度，设置了加强筋。
综上所述，本实用新型的优点是其防水结构是不需要额外的防水元件或者密封胶，可以降低制造成本、提升生产效率。

具体实施方式
由图1至图3所示，本实用新型防水变压插头包括一插头本体1、一背盖2，该插头本体1内设有一可供该变压单元3设置的中空的容置部4，容置部4内壁相对两侧对称设置有卡槽5，变压单元3边缘可以方便的插置在卡槽5内，也可以从卡槽5内取出，该插头本体1的一端设有电连接该变压单元3的两个电源导片6，另一端用一背盖2封闭该容置部4，且该背盖2上并设有插座孔7，该插头本体1与背盖2的两两接合面通过超声波焊接方式密封连接形成防水密封部，插头本体1与背盖2焊接连接后形成一整体，达到密封防水的效果。在插头本体1的另一端内部设有围绕电源导片6的加强部7，在加强部7上设有与插头本体1连接的加强筋8，提高了与电源导片6连接的插接本体1处的强度。

1.一种防水变压插头，包括一插头本体及背盖，背盖设在插头本体的一端；其特征在于：插头本体与背盖的两两接合面通过超声波焊接方式密封连接形成防水密封部，所述插头本体与背盖焊接连接后形成一整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水变压插头，其特征在于：所述插头本体内设有一中空的容置部，容置部内设有一变压单元，插头本体的另一端设有电连接变压单元的电源导片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防水变压插头，其特征在于：所述的容置部内壁相对两侧对称设置有卡槽，变压单元边缘插置在卡槽内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防水变压插头，其特征在于：在插头本体的另一端内部设有围绕电源导片的加强部，在加强部上设有与插头本体连接的加强筋。
