背景技术
[0002] 火力发电厂中多使用燃煤锅炉进行发电,煤炭燃烧发电的过程中锅炉的排烟热损 失是锅炉热损失中最大的,锅炉排出的高温烟气一般是经过省煤器后在引风机的作用下输 送至脱硫吸收塔中,最后再通过烟囱排出;在脱硫吸收塔的入口安装GGH系统(烟气余热回 收利用装置),使烟气与凝结水直接进行热交换,对烟气进行降温处理,以减少脱硫吸收塔 的工艺水蒸发量,增加烟气抬升高度,减轻烟气对烟®的腐蚀以及烟®冒白烟的现象;但 是,锅炉的排烟温度一般在120〜150°C之间,限制了被加热的凝结水温升和凝结水抽出点 的位置,被排挤的汽轮机的抽汽做功能力有限;另外,GGH系统易积灰和结垢,降低了系统 脱硫效率,影响脱硫系统安全可靠运行。因此,目前新上大型火力发电机组的烟气系统中大 多取消了 GGH系统,这就使得进入脱硫系统的烟气温度较高,一般为在120〜150°C之间,褐 煤机组可能达到145 °C。

[0014] 一种火力发电厂锅炉烟气余热干燥褐煤系统,其结构如图1所示。包括锅炉1、省 煤器2、除尘器4、烟气引风机7、烟气余热回收装置5、脱硫吸收塔6、暖风器8以及褐煤干燥 塔10。
[0015] 其中:锅炉1、省煤器2、除尘器4、烟气引风机7、烟气余热回收装置5以及脱硫吸 收塔6通过烟气管道依次连通;烟气余热回收装置5通过水管道连通暖风器8,暖风器8的 热风出口通过进风管道连通褐煤干燥塔10,褐煤干燥塔的顶部通过干燥风管道连通锅炉1 的二次风进口,干燥风管道上设置有干燥引风机11。省煤器2也可以设置旁路省煤器3,省 煤器中还设置有空气预热器12,用于加热冷二次风,为锅炉提供热二次风。
[0016] 除尘器用于去除烟气中的粉尘颗粒。烟气引风机7用于将锅炉排烟引至脱硫吸收 塔。烟气余热回收装置5用于将锅炉烟气从140°C降低到脱硫入口要求的80°C左右,从而 可使锅炉热量损失减少60°C,锅炉折算效率提高约5%左右。
[0017] 烟气余热回收装置通过水管道与暖风器形成一个闭式回路,回收的这部分热量利 用闭式循环水通过暖风器来加热用于干燥高水分褐煤用的干燥风。
[0018] 本实用新型的烟气余热回收利用过程如下:
[0019] 从锅炉排出的烟气在烟气引风机的作用下,经省煤器后经过除尘器除尘后在烟气 余热回收装置进行热交换,锅炉烟气经烟气余热回收装置从140°c降低到脱硫吸收塔入口 要求的80°C左右后,进入脱硫吸收塔,最后经烟囱排出。烟气的走向如图1中的虚线箭头方 向。
[0020] 烟气余热回收装置吸收的热量通过闭式循环水将热量带至暖风器,用于加热冷 风;冷风被加热成热干燥风后经进风管道引入褐煤干燥塔下部,热干燥风在褐煤干燥塔内 由下至上运行,用于风干高水分褐煤,变成含有部分煤尘和煤挥发粉的空气,含有煤尘和煤 挥发粉的空气在干燥引风机作用下通过干燥风管道被送到锅炉的热二次风管道内,进入炉 膛,参与锅炉燃烧,此系统不会损失原煤内的有效热量。根据等效焓降理论,则此时回收的 烟气热量利用率更高。干燥风的走向如图1中的单实线箭头方向。
[0021] 褐煤干燥塔中的褐煤自顶部给煤机给料后自上而下掉落,高水分褐煤在自上而下 掉落的过程中与热干燥风进行热交换,热干燥风将褐煤中的水分带走,从而起到干燥褐煤 的作用;被干燥后的褐煤从褐煤干燥塔底部出料。褐煤的走向如图1中的双实线箭头方向。
Claims (2)
1. 火力发电厂锅炉烟气余热干燥褐煤系统,包括通过烟气管道依次连通的锅炉(1)、 省煤器(2)、烟气余热回收装置(5)以及脱硫吸收塔(6),所述烟气管道上还设置有用于将 锅炉排烟引至脱硫吸收塔的烟气引风机(7);其特征在于:所述烟气余热回收装置(5)通过 水管道连通一暖风器(8),暖风器(8)的热风出口通过进风管道连通褐煤干燥塔(10),褐煤 干燥塔的顶部通过干燥风管道连通锅炉(1)的二次风进口,干燥风管道上设置有干燥引风 机(11)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的火力发电厂锅炉烟气余热干燥褐煤系统,其特征在于:所述 省煤器(2)与烟气引风机(7)之间的烟气管道上设置有除尘器(4)。
