本实用新型采用的技术方案：一种双级粉碎机包括粉碎机构、料斗和电动机，粉碎机构上端连接固定有电动机，粉碎机构外侧设有防震器，粉碎机构包括一级粉碎机构和二级粉碎机构，料斗包括进料斗和出料斗，进料斗下端与输送带连接，进料斗与输送带之间固定有抖动装置，输送带与一级粉碎机构连接，一级粉碎机构与二级粉碎机构连接，二级粉碎机构下端连接有出料斗，出料斗两侧设有支撑架。
上述一级粉碎机构包括粉碎装置和环状筛板，粉碎装置外侧设有环状筛板。
进一步地，粉碎装置的形状为锯齿状。
上述二级粉碎装置包括转动轴、刀片和筛网，转动轴上固定有刀片，二级粉碎装置底端通过筛网压紧装置固定有筛网。

上述一级粉碎机构4包括粉碎装置41和环状筛板42，粉碎装置41外侧设有环状筛板42。
进一步地，粉碎装置41的形状为锯齿状。
上述二级粉碎装置5包括转动轴51、刀片52和筛网53，转动轴51上固定有刀片52，二级粉碎装置5底端通过筛网压紧装置54固定有筛网53。
