本实用新型涉及飞机防火领域，具体提供了一种飞机货舱摄像头防火装置。
背景技术
根据CCAR-25中25.855要求，货舱的天花板和侧壁的衬垫必须满足该标准中附录F第Ⅲ部分规定的抗火焰烧穿性试验的要求。而货舱摄像头正是安装在飞机货舱的天花板上，需要在天花板上开摄像头安装所需的孔洞，而摄像头部件主要为铝合金材料，难以满足抗火焰烧穿性试验的要求。因此，需要一种防火装置，防止飞机货舱内的火焰通过摄像头安装的孔洞蔓延到飞机其他区域。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种飞机货舱摄像头防火装置，可防止飞机货舱火焰通过摄像头向外蔓延。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案来实现的：
一种飞机货舱摄像头防火装置，包括飞机货舱摄像头防火装置和货舱摄像头，飞机货舱摄像头防火装置采用紧贴货舱摄像头背部的结构方式，货舱摄像头和飞机货舱摄像头防火装置通过安装螺钉与飞机货舱天花板后的安装支架进行连接，飞机货舱摄像头防火装置表面设置有一个可安装符合货舱防火要求接插件的接插件安装孔，摄像头在接插件选型时，需选择符合防火要求的钢材料接插件。
优选的是，所述飞机货舱摄像头防火装置采用2mm厚符合货舱防火要求的酚醛树脂复合材料，该材料具有很好的阻燃性和较低毒性，设计厚度为2mm即能达到或高于与飞机货舱内天花板衬垫同等的防火效果。
优选的是，飞机货舱摄像头防火装置和货舱摄像头均设置有四个安装孔，所述飞机货舱摄像头防火装置和货舱摄像头均通过螺钉与飞机天花板后的安装支架进行固定连接。
本实用新型的有益效果：采用紧贴摄像头后面板的设计方法，可以完全覆盖摄像头，保证货舱天花板上的开孔可以有效的被防火材料覆盖，同时可以节约防火材料的使用，减轻重量，方便摄像头与防火装置的安装。

如图1-图3所示，一种飞机货舱摄像头防火装置，包括飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1和货舱摄像头2，其特征在于：飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1采用紧贴货舱摄像头2背部的结构方式，飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1表面设置有一个可安装符合货舱防火要求接插件的接插件安装孔3。
具体操作如下：
飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1紧扣在货舱摄像头2的背部，安装螺钉穿过货舱摄像头2和飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1的四个安装孔4与飞机货舱天花板后的安装支架进行螺纹连接，同时将货舱摄像头2和飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1固定在货舱天花板上，当飞机货舱起火时，由于货舱摄像头2的主体材料为铝合金，因此，当火焰温度超过600℃时，货舱摄像头2便会融化，此时，覆盖在货舱摄像头2后的飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1由于是采用的是2mm厚符合货舱防火要求的酚醛树脂复合材料，可阻挡火焰烧穿，防止火焰蔓延，而飞机货舱摄像头防火装置1上预留的接插件安装孔3，可通过货舱摄像头2后的符合货舱防火要求的接插件阻挡，保证货舱内火焰不会通过此安装孔向货舱外蔓延，从而达到货舱天花板上摄像头安装区域的防火要求。

1.一种飞机货舱摄像头防火装置，包括飞机货舱摄像头防火装置(1)和货舱摄像头(2)，其特征在于：飞机货舱摄像头防火装置(1)紧贴货舱摄像头(2)的背部，货舱摄像头(2)和飞机货舱摄像头防火装置(1)通过安装螺钉与飞机货舱天花板后的安装支架进行连接，飞机货舱摄像头防火装置(1)表面设置有一个可安装符合货舱防火要求接插件的接插件安装孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种飞机货舱摄像头防火装置，其特征在于：飞机货舱摄像头防火装置(1)采用2mm厚符合货舱防火要求的酚醛树脂复合材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种飞机货舱摄像头防火装置，其特征在于：飞机货舱摄像头防火装置(1)和货舱摄像头(2)设置有四个与飞机天花板后的安装支架进行固定连接的安装孔(4)。
