1.一种双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,包括, 浮筒,为一集气罩,其上端面中央开设一安装通孔; 导流筒,由整流筒和挡板组成,整流筒上端部插设于浮筒内中央安装通孔内,挡板连接于整流筒下端面,整流筒上端面设气体入口 ; 减速电机,由电机和减速器组成,设置于浮筒上端面中央; 搅拌机构,设置于导流筒的整流筒内,其包括搅拌轴、吸气叶轮和推流叶轮;搅拌轴上端连接于减速器输出端;吸气叶轮、推流叶轮依次上下同轴设置于搅拌轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的吸气叶轮、推流叶轮为变螺旋叶轮。
3.如权利要求1所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的吸气叶轮、推流叶轮的桨叶沿轴向各截面直径是变化的,即以桨叶最大直径截面为基准,向桨叶两个端面延伸,截面直径逐渐减少。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的吸气叶轮、推流叶轮的螺距不同。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的吸气叶轮的桨叶为两片式,所述的推流叶轮的桨叶为三片式。
6.如权利要求4所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的吸气叶轮的桨叶为两片式,所述的推流叶轮的桨叶为三片式。
7.如权利要求1所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的浮筒集气罩下端面为向中心内倾的锥面。
8.如权利要求7所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的浮筒集气罩下端面向中心内倾的倾角为与水平成5°〜8。。
9.如权利要求1所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的挡板为十字挡板或Y形挡板。
10.如权利要求1或9所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的挡板的顶部与整流筒采用嵌入式连接。
11.如权利要求1所述的双叶轮表面曝气装置,其特征在于,所述的电机为变频电机。
