(一)      技术领域
    本实用新型涉及一种拖拽式箱变结构,属于配电设备技术领域。
(二)      背景技术
    现有的配电设备大多为欧变与美变,然而欧变与美变配电设备均为固定式使用场所,一旦安装就位后就无法根据需要随意拖动,而且内部配置低也无法作为应急保电的关键设备,因此在沙滩及石料开采这些需要随意拖动的场合很不适用。
(三)      发明内容
    本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种结构简单,使用方便且能随意拖动的拖拽式箱变结构。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种拖拽式箱变结构,包括变压器室主体、低压室和高压室,其特征在于:所述的低压室下端设有预置支撑并带齐电缆夹,预置支撑并带齐电缆夹下端设有带滑撬的底座,低压室内设有关键件低压室,变压器室主体门下端设有高压进线孔,高压进线孔上端的变压器室主体内设有中部内侧预置电缆夹。

所述的变压器室主体设有网门结构,网门分为两部,网门下部为固定网,网门与固定网之间预置电缆夹支撑梁,电缆夹支撑梁中部配置进线电缆夹。
所述的变压器室主体内设有通风机,便于提高通风效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,使用方便;低压室下端设有带滑撬的底座,解决了现有设备不能随意拖动的缺陷;造价成本低,便于推广应用。

如图1、图2和图3所示的本实用新型拖拽式箱变结构,包括变压器室主体1、低压室2和高压室,所述的低压室2下端设有预置支撑并带齐电缆夹3,预置支撑并带齐电缆夹3下端设有带滑撬的底座4,低压室2内设有关键件低压室5,变压器室主体1门下端设有高压进线孔6,高压进线孔6上端的变压器室主体1内设有中部内侧预置电缆夹7,预置支撑并带齐电缆夹3内设有低压出线孔8。
本实用新型首先根据现场负荷情况设计箱变内部配置件,选定外壳壳体材质,对各功能室使用封隔,本想变不带高压柜,高压进线电缆经由高压室内下部进线孔直接压接至变压器高压侧;低压侧出线电缆经由低压室门下部出线电缆孔出线。变压器低压侧经母排连接至低压总线断路器上口,低压总进线断路器、出线断路器直接安装于箱变低压室。
变压器室主体1设有网门结构,网门分为两部,网门下部为固定网,网门与固定网之间预置电缆夹支撑梁9,电缆夹支撑梁9中部配置进线电缆夹,且变压器室主体1内设有通风机,便于提高通风效果。

1.一种拖拽式箱变结构,包括变压器室主体(1)、低压室(2)和高压室,其特征在于:所述的低压室(2)下端设有预置支撑并带齐电缆夹(3),预置支撑并带齐电缆夹(3)下端设有带滑撬的底座(4),低压室(2)内设有关键件低压室(5),变压器室主体(1)门下端设有高压进线孔(6),高压进线孔(6)上端的变压器室主体(1)内设有中部内侧预置电缆夹(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拖拽式箱变结构,其特征在于所述的预置支撑并带齐电缆夹(3)内设有低压出线孔(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拖拽式箱变结构,其特征在于所述的变压器室主体(1)设有网门结构,网门分为两部,网门下部为固定网,网门与固定网之间预置电缆夹支撑梁(9),电缆夹支撑梁(9)中部配置进线电缆夹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拖拽式箱变结构,其特征在于所述的变压器室主体(1)内设有通风机。
