[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题不足之处,提供一种带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,具有降温,加湿,过滤空气,去除甲醛、氨、苯、二甲苯、TVOC等污染物的优点。

[0005] 带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其设有外壳、抽风机、第一层过滤、第二层过滤;所述外壳设有空气流道,所述空气流通道设有进风口和出风口 ;所述第一层过滤设于进风口处;所述第二层过滤设于空气流通道内,所述第二层过滤为含活性炭成分的湿帘。
[0006] 所述湿帘由若干层吸水蒸发膜叠加而成;所述吸水蒸发膜为由含活性炭及纤维制成的吸水蒸发膜。

[0010] 本实用新型还包括有加水装置,所述加水装置包括储水槽、吸水管、水泵、出水管、分水槽;所述储水槽设于外壳内部,且所述储水槽设于空气流通道下方;所述水泵固定在外壳内部;所述吸水管一端设于储水槽,且所述吸水管另一端连接在水泵;所述出水管一端连接在水泵,且所述出水管另一端连接在分水槽;所述分水槽设于湿帘上方。

[0012] 首先将本实用新型带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇排放在使用的地方,然后给储水槽加水,插上电源插头,电源为抽风机和水泵供电,所述抽风机启动抽风工作,空气流经空气流通道,空气依次经过细密过滤网、湿帘、抽风机、栅格;所述水泵启动抽水工作,水依次经过储水槽、吸水管、水泵、出水管、分水槽、湿帘,最后回流至储水槽。空气经过湿帘的时候,湿帘中的水分为空气起到降温,加湿,湿帘中的活性炭去除空气中的甲醛、氨、苯、二甲苯、TVOC等污染物。

[0017] 如图1至图2所示,本实用新型一种带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其设有外壳7、抽风机10、第一层过滤3、第二层过滤;所述外壳设有空气流道,所述空气流通道设有进风口和出风口 ;所述第一层过滤设于进风口处;所述第二层过滤设于空气流通道内,所述第二层过滤为含活性炭成分的湿帘I。

1.带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其特征在于:其设有外壳、抽风机、第一层过滤、第二层过滤;所述外壳设有空气流道,所述空气流通道设有进风口和出风口 ;所述第一层过滤设于进风口处;所述第二层过滤设于空气流通道内,所述第二层过滤为含活性炭成分的湿帘。
2.根据权利要求1所述带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其特征在于:所述湿帘由若干层吸水蒸发膜叠加而成;所述吸水蒸发膜为由含活性炭及纤维制成的吸水蒸发膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其特征在于:所述吸水蒸发膜之间通过胶水固定连接。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其特征在于:所述吸水蒸发膜呈瓦楞状。
5.根据权利要求1所述带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其特征在于:所述第一层过滤为细密过滤网。
6.根据权利要求1所述带活性炭蒸发纸质填料蒸发式冷风扇,其特征在于:还包括有加水装置,所述加水装置包括储水槽、吸水管、水泵、出水管、分水槽;所述储水槽设于外壳内部,且所述储水槽设于空气流通道下方;所述水泵固定在外壳内部;所述吸水管一端设于储水槽,且所述吸水管另一端连接在水泵;所述出水管一端连接在水泵,且所述出水管另一端连接在分水槽;所述分水槽设于湿帘上方。
