Abstract

一种±800kV特高压直流线路用圆形塔脚板,其特征在于:圆形底板上布置立板,立板是以中心向底板边缘等距布置,立板之间焊接有加劲肋用以支撑立板。本实用新型通过对铁塔塔脚的分析研究,提出的圆形塔脚板填补了以往普通方形塔脚板的缺点。底板采用圆形布置,立板均匀等距填充,防止地脚螺栓与其相碰,加工较为简便,并且结构对称、各向同性,减少了受力偏心。与普通方形塔脚板相比,该塔脚型式传力直接,受力稳定,底板厚度相对较薄,经济性明显,并且增加了加工的方便性,适用于包括直流特高压或大跨越铁塔等自立式铁塔在内的各种电压等级的送电线路。

技术领域
本专利涉及高压输电线路用钢桁架铁塔脚布置型式,提供了一种±800kV特高压直流线路用圆形塔脚板。
背景技术
近年来随着国家电网工程的迅猛发展,输电铁塔的档距、高度不断增大,输电塔要承受更大的荷载,对输电铁塔与基础的连接构件提出了更高的要求。输电线路铁塔腿部主材通过地脚螺栓和塔脚板与塔基连接。目前500KV及以下的输电线路铁塔常用的方形塔脚板并布置靴梁以及加劲肋的塔脚型式已无法满足工程需求。为保证设计使用期内输电线路的安全运行,防止突发灾害对铁塔产生不利影响,因此亟需对特高压输电塔的塔脚型式进行分析研究。
通过对特高压直流输电塔用方形塔脚板和圆形塔脚板的对比分析,探讨圆形塔脚板的受力性能及其优势,对降低特高压输电线路的工程投资,保证特高压线路的长期安全运行具有重大意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构对称、传力清晰,满足±800kV级特高压直流路用的输电铁塔圆形塔脚型式。
    为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种±800kV特高压直流线路用圆形塔脚板,其特征在于:圆形底板上布置立板,立板是以中心向底板边缘等距布置,立板之间焊接有加劲肋用以支撑立板。
本实用新型通过对铁塔塔脚的分析研究,提出的圆形塔脚板填补了以往普通方形塔脚板的缺点。底板采用圆形布置,立板均匀等距填充,防止地脚螺栓与其相碰,加工较为简便,并且结构对称、各向同性,减少了受力偏心。与普通方形塔脚板相比,该塔脚型式传力直接,受力稳定,底板厚度相对较薄,经济性明显, 并且增加了加工的方便性,适用于包括直流特高压或大跨越铁塔等自立式铁塔在内的各种电压等级的送电线路。

具体实施方式
参照图1,塔脚采用圆形底板1与双角钢或四角钢铁塔主材4连接,圆形底板1上布置立板2,用螺栓与铁塔连接,以传递铁塔作用力,立板是以中心向底板边缘等距布置,为了加强立板的刚度及稳定,立板之间焊接加劲肋3用以支撑立板。
