Abstract
一种桥梁可微调高度临时支座，目的是构造简单，装缷方便，在承受高强度压力下不变形；本实用新型包括支撑螺母、支撑柱、可拆卸底盘、固定耳和固定螺钉；支撑螺母套有内螺纹，支撑柱顶端套有与支撑螺母内螺纹相配的外螺纹；可拆卸底盘为两个半圆型圆环，两侧面各有一个固定耳，固定耳上设有通孔，两个可拆卸底盘通过固定螺钉连接为一个圆环，该圆环内径与支撑柱外径相同或略小。

本实用新型涉及一种桥梁可微调高度临时支座。
背景技术
在目前的桥梁施工中，桥梁的临时支座普遍采用沙箱，但沙箱在重力作用下容易产生变形不均匀，导致桥梁梁板架设后高低不平，严重影响桥面施工的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型目的为了克服上述不足，提供一种构造简单、装缷方便、在承受高强度压力下不变形的桥梁可微调高度临时支座。
本实用新型包括支撑螺母、支撑柱、可拆卸底盘、固定耳和固定螺钉。支撑螺母套有内螺纹，支撑柱顶端套有与支撑螺母内螺纹相配的外螺纹；可拆卸底盘为两个半圆型圆环，两侧面各有一个固定耳，固定耳上设有通孔，两个可拆卸底盘通过固定螺钉连接为一个圆环，该圆环内径与支撑柱外径相同或略小。
使用时先将支撑螺母套在支撑柱顶端，放置在墩柱顶部垫石上，调节支撑螺母使高低合适，使顶端与箱梁底部结合受力，将可拆卸底盘安放在支撑柱的底部，用固定螺钉固定，防止支撑柱发生位移。组装好放在梁下面，拆除时，将下面螺丝拧开，撬成两片就行，上面是螺丝扣的，可上下调节高度，使用时要涂抹润滑油，方便拆除和调节，也能保护支座。
本实用新型采用高强度钢材制成，在承受高强度压力下不变形，可保证桥梁正常受力均匀，可在1—2cm范围内调节高度，保证桥梁梁板架设后平整度，同时该型支座构造简单，装缷方便。

具体实施方式
支撑螺母1采用内径20cm左右的螺母，支撑柱2采用与支撑螺母1相匹配的螺栓，顶端套有与支撑螺母1内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹，可拆卸底盘3为两个内径20cm的半圆环，两侧各有一个固定耳5，固定耳5上设有通孔，固定螺钉4装在该通孔内，拧紧后将两个可拆卸底盘3连接为一个圆环。

1.一种桥梁可微调高度临时支座，其特征是包括支撑螺母、支撑柱、可拆卸底盘、固定耳和固定螺钉；支撑螺母套有内螺纹，支撑柱顶端套有与支撑螺母内螺纹相配的外螺纹；可拆卸底盘为两个半圆型圆环，两侧面各有一个固定耳，固定耳上设有通孔，两个可拆卸底盘通过固定螺钉连接为一个圆环，该圆环内径与支撑柱外径相同或略小。
