[0002] 副井是煤矿人员、物料及设备运输的咽喉通道,立井提升人员时,罐笼进出口必须设置安全门,以防止乘员身体意外超出罐笼而造成伤害,因此罐帘门的结构、防爆性能以及可靠性是关乎人员安全的重要问题之一。目前,罐笼两侧所设完全门大多为手动推拉双开门,人员进出罐笼需专人近距离左右推拉,劳动强度大,工作效率低,费力又不安全,影响井下运输效率和生产安全;也有采用电动罐帘门,利用电动滚筒通过牵引钢丝绳带动罐帘门开门,但是,故障率高,不便操作,维修复杂。

[0018] 如图1、2、3、4所示,罐帘门处于关闭状态时,四轮滑块14位于曲轨15顶端;使用时,罐笼到位后,需要打开罐帘门时,按下控制箱上的启动控制按钮,气缸10的活塞杆伸出带动四轮滑块14沿曲轨15向下运动,四轮滑块外侧的压块13向下运动,推动配重块外侧的压板17,使配重铁16、配重绳轮12向下运动,带动牵引钢丝绳11转动,经由转动轴、主绳轮转动带动主钢丝绳4转动,把罐帘门拉起;关闭罐帘门时,按下控制箱上的停止控制按钮,气缸10的活塞杆收缩带动四轮滑块14在罐道梁上的轨道槽内向上运动,远离配重铁16,罐帘门依靠横杆自重下落恢复关闭状态,四轮滑块移动至弯曲处,进入曲轨15内躲过罐笼,避免与罐笼上的配重块碰撞,此时罐帘门处于关闭状态。
