[0003]目前采用最多的液位计是玻璃板液位计、石英管或彩色石英管液位计、云母液位计等,这几种液位计只要一经使用,玻璃管就会发黄,需要不断的清洗,否则液位就看不清;还有广泛应用的磁翻板液位计,这种液位计由于翻柱易受温度的影响容易卡死,加上磁翻板本身不发光,设置在液位计旁边的摄像头在白天的时候可以看清液位,但是雨天或者晚上的时候,在光线不足视线模糊的情况下就难以分辨清楚了。

具体实施方式
[0025] 如图1和2所示,本实用新型磁感双色LED液位计,包括采集模块、液位显示模块、传送模块、终端显示屏和电源模块;所述采集模块、液位显示模块、传送模块和终端显示屏依次相连;所述电源模块分别与采集模块、液位显示模块、传送模块和终端显示屏相连;所述采集模块包括非磁性传感器管I和磁性浮子,磁性浮子设置在非磁性传感器管I的内部;所述液位显示模块为感磁部件和LED双色发光管组成的电路板,电路板设置在非磁性传感器管I的外部并与其相连;所述传送模块采用液位远传变送器,液位远传变送器输入端连接电路板,输出端连接终端显示屏。非磁性传感器管I的下端设有上法兰盘3,一侧设有液位显示盒2,另一侧设有用来固定液位显示盒2的旋钮6,感磁部件和LED双色发光管组成的电路板设置在液位显示盒2内。本实用新型还包括待测容器,容器的上端设有与非磁性传感器管I下端的上法兰盘3相适配的下法兰盘4,下法兰盘4的下端设有阀门5,该阀门5为DN15阀门。
[0026] 本实用新型液位计的顶部设有上阀7。在使用的时候需要先打开上阀7,然后缓慢打开阀门5,尤其是该液位计用在压力较高的压力容器上时,必须缓慢地注入压力,以防浮子突然受压损坏,使介质慢慢流入传感器,观察液位显示,由红变绿逐个转换。

[0032] 首先将非磁性传感器I管通过法兰盘与待测容器紧密连接,此时非磁性传感器管I内部的磁性浮子与容器内液面等高,与磁场相对应的感磁部件受磁后触发相应的电路,LED双色发光管发光,可以从液位显示盒2上看出当前的液位高度,当触发电路的同时,电路板将信号通过液位远传变送器传送到终端显示屏,显示屏上会显示出当前的数字信息的液位高度,比对二者的数值是否相符,如果有误差,则把容器液位上升至正中,上下移动本液位计使显示屏示数与实际液位显示盒2数值相符,左右移动调至便于观察的方位,然后将上下旋钮6拧紧,即可投入使用。

1.一种磁感双色LED液位计,其特征是:包括采集模块、液位显示模块、传送模块、终端显示屏和电源模块; 所述采集模块、液位显示模块、传送模块和终端显示屏依次相连; 所述电源模块分别与采集模块、液位显示模块、传送模块和终端显示屏相连; 所述采集模块包括非磁性传感器管和磁性浮子,磁性浮子设置在非磁性传感器管的内部; 所述液位显示模块为感磁部件和LED双色发光管组成的电路板,电路板设置在非磁性传感器管的外部并与其相连; 所述传送模块采用液位远传变送器,液位远传变送器输入端连接电路板,输出端连接终端显示屏。
