本实用新型提供一种LED-PCB板开条机，其特征在于：包括工作台面，工作台面上设有一个机身，机身内设有电机，电机的输出轴连接并驱动一个竖向设置的旋转刀盘，旋转刀盘位于机身外，工作台面上设有一个凹槽，凹槽宽度大于旋转刀盘的厚度，旋转刀盘的下端容置于凹槽内。本实用新型由于使用旋转刀盘对整块灯板进行滚切，不会像现有技术那样发生手碰到灯脚的动作，避免了PCB灯板分条时灯脚松动的后果。

本实用新型属于一种LED灯生产设备，尤其涉及一种LED灯生产线的LED-PBC板开条机器。
背景技术
目前，LED灯珠组合一般安装在PCB板（印刷电路板）上形成LED灯板，也即LED-PCB板，对PCB板的电路通电后，LED灯珠发光形成照明装饰效果。一般PCB灯板是整块灯板加工的，完成后，需要分成条状灯板。现有技术是在原有的板上开有预制的浅槽,分条是采用手工扳开的方式，易造成灯脚松动，对电气性能会有所影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种LED-PCB板开条机，其目的是解决现有技术存在的缺点，使PCB灯板分为条状灯板时不会造成灯脚松动等不良后果。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种LED-PCB板开条机，其特征在于：包括工作台面，工作台面上设有一个机身，机身内设有电机，电机的输出轴连接并驱动一个竖向设置的旋转刀盘，旋转刀盘位于机身外，工作台面上设有一个凹槽，凹槽宽度大于旋转刀盘的厚度，旋转刀盘的下端容置于凹槽内。
本实用新型的有益之处在于：
本实用新型由于使用旋转刀盘对整块灯板进行滚切，不会像现有技术那样发生手碰到灯脚的动作，避免了PCB灯板分条时灯脚松动的后果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种LED-PCB板开条机，包括工作台面1，工作台面1应是水平且光滑的。工作台面1上设有一个机身3，机身3内设有电机，电机的输出轴连接并驱动一个竖向设置的旋转刀盘5，旋转刀盘5位于机身3外，工作台面1上设有一个凹槽6，凹槽6宽度大于旋转刀盘5的厚度，旋转刀盘5的下端容置于凹槽6内。机身3在旋转刀盘5的上方还设有刀盘高度调节装置4。
工作时，启动电机，旋转刀盘5转动，将已经有预制浅槽的整块灯板7放在工作台面1上，预制浅槽对准凹槽6，顺着凹槽6推动整块灯板7，整块灯板7就被旋转刀盘5滚切成条状灯板2。

1.一种LED-PCB板开条机，其特征在于：包括工作台面，工作台面上设有一个机身，机身内设有电机，电机的输出轴连接并驱动一个竖向设置的旋转刀盘，旋转刀盘位于机身外，工作台面上设有一个凹槽，凹槽宽度大于旋转刀盘的厚度，旋转刀盘的下端容置于凹槽内。
