[0001] 本实用新型涉及发动机尾气的颗粒物捕集器,具体地说是一种汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器及其滤芯,属于发动机尾气处理技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 各类发动机如汽油发动机、柴油发动机,及其它燃油燃气内燃机,在排放出的尾气中包括气体污染物和颗粒物污染物,其中颗粒物污染物是空气中PM10、PM2.5的主要来源之一,严重影响人类的健康。颗粒物捕集器的作用是将尾气中所包含的颗粒物捕集下来,从而使进入空气的尾气更洁净。
[0003] 现有车辆安装的颗粒物捕集器,其核心部件为专用滤芯,一般是多孔陶瓷介质的过滤材料,市面上基本为德国、美国或日本的产品所垄断。目前这种基于陶瓷过滤材料的颗粒物捕集器,其优点是对颗粒物的捕集效率高,但是,使用一段时间后需要对颗粒物捕集器进行清理。清理积累颗粒物的过程称为再生,一般使用燃烧的办法,采用专用的复杂再生系统进行喷油燃烧或电加热燃烧,操作复杂,并且易造成陶瓷滤芯热应力的损害。普遍认为,目前陶瓷滤芯颗粒物捕集器具有两大主要缺点:1、发动机的排气背压高,发动机油耗会增加,效率会降低,特别是使用一段时间后由于被捕获的颗粒物聚集,情况会更加严重。2、再生操作过程复杂,使用、维护成本高。这两大缺点,极大限制了目前颗粒物捕集器的广泛使用,导致在汽车快速增加的情况下,空气中的PM2.5严重超标,雾霾天气增加,严重影响我们的身体健康,特别是处在大城市。
[0004]目前,还有利用静电除尘技术的颗粒物捕集器,如专利号201210590611.7汽车尾气净化装置。静电除尘技术已多年成熟应用于大型粉尘排放处理的场合,如火电厂、炼钢厂等部门,但由于发动机尾气颗粒物的粒径很小,主要集中在0.lum-0.5um,一般静电捕集的效果较差,还未有实用有效的相关产品面市。
实用新型内容
[0005]针对上述问题,本实用新型提出一种汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器及其滤芯,首先对现有的电晕放电除尘技术与滤芯过滤颗粒物捕集技术进行改进,再综合应用,取得良好的效果。第一步,采用电晕放电对颗粒物凝并,使尾气中极难捕集的微细颗粒物凝并为较易捕集的大粒径颗粒物;第二步,对凝并后的大粒径颗粒物再次荷电,使其带上电荷,第三步,带上静电荷的大粒径颗粒物随尾气流动通过带异性电性的金属纤维滤芯,被滤芯所吸附与捕集。因此,本捕集器在多重颗粒物捕集机理的作用,取得了尾气颗粒物捕集的有益技术效果:增加颗粒物捕集效果的同时减少发动机的排气背压,电热膜加热燃烧清除的滤芯上积累的颗粒物再生方法方便、可靠。

[0019] 正电荷颗粒物与负电荷颗粒物相向而行,都向高压地电极(3)迁移并穿过金属网管壁进入对方区域,并且由于异性电荷相吸,导致带电颗粒物的凝并,生成颗粒物直径更大的颗粒物,在这里的颗粒物凝并过程是不断加强的正反馈、连锁反应过程。因为每当凝并得到更大粒径的颗粒物,一方面粒径大更容易与其它的颗粒物接触凝并为更大的颗粒物,另一方面,凝并后的颗粒物的电性,要么为电中性要么带某种电性的电荷,带电荷的颗粒物总是会与异性电荷颗粒物或电中性颗粒物相吸引而发生凝并,电中性颗粒物总是会与带电颗粒物相吸引而发生凝并。凝并过程会一直持续下去,直到所有的正电荷颗粒物与负电荷颗粒物基本凝并结合完毕,整体上所有颗粒物表现为电中性为止。还有,汽车排放的废气作为高温热源,颗粒物的热运动也加剧了它们的接触机会,加强了凝并过程。
[0020] 凝并后的大粒径颗粒物基本上为电中性,在排放压力的作用下随尾气流到达荷电单元(5),通过荷电单元(5)的电晕放电带上静电荷,进一步随尾气流压力及荷电单元(5)与滤芯(7)之间的高压静电场的双重作用向滤芯(7)移动,并被滤芯(7)吸附与捕集,因为荷电单元(5)与滤芯(7)分别与高压电源的负极接线端子(HV-)、地极接线端子(GND)连接。

[0022] 本实用新型的技术效果在于:1、对发动机排气压力损失小,实用性强:通过金属纤维过滤吸附外表层(71)表面的波纹,沿纵向导流尾气;2、颗粒物捕集效果好:表面的波纹的比表面积大、吸附力强,通过凝并过程将难于捕集的微小颗粒物变为较易捕集的较大颗粒物,综合静电吸引与滤芯的扩散、拦截、碰撞机理增强捕集颗粒物效果;3、捕集器再生方便、效果好,使用、维护成本低,适宜推广:通过内置于金属纤维板(70)的电热膜层(73)加热燃烧积累的颗粒物,加热均匀,燃烧充分、彻底,不会对滤芯产生热应力破坏,镍铬铝或铁铬铝金属纤维耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐高压的过滤材料,具有在1100°C高温下的长寿命工作性倉泛。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器滤芯,其特征在于,所述金属纤维过滤吸附外表层(71)的材料是镍铬铝金属纤维,或铁铬铝金属纤维,或其它金属制作的耐高温耐腐蚀纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器滤芯,其特征在于,所述导热绝缘层(72)的材料是氧化铍,或氮化铝,或氧化铝,或其它耐高温的导热绝缘层材料。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器滤芯,其特征在于,所述电热膜层(73)是金属基高温电热膜,电热材料可以是镍,或铜镍,或铁铬铝,或其它金属耐高温电热膜材料。
5.一种汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器,包括壳体(8),高压电源(9)及正极、负极、地极的接线端子(HV+、HV-、GND),滤芯再生加热电源(10),其特征在于,所述壳体(8)内从进气(11)到出气(12)方向依次设置有颗粒物凝并单元(20),荷电单元(5),滤芯(7); 所述滤芯(7)为权利要求1至4中任一项权利要求所述的汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器滤芯,滤芯(7)的电热膜层(73)的加热电源正极、负极接线端子(74、75)与滤芯再生加热电源(10)连接; 所述颗粒物凝并单元(20)包括负电晕发生针阵列(2),高压地电极(3),正电晕发生针阵列⑷; 所述负电晕发生针阵列(2),是两端开口、管壁密闭的圆管,通过绝缘材料固定于壳体(8)内,管壁内表面分布有垂直于表面、指向圆管中心的放电针阵列,所述放电针阵列与高压电源负极接线端子(HV-)连接; 所述高压地电极(3),是两端开口、管壁有透气孔眼的导电金属网圆管,与高压电源地极接线端子(GND)连接; 所述正电晕发生针阵列(4),是两端密闭、管壁密闭的圆管,管壁外表面分布有垂直于表面的放电针阵列,所述放电针阵列与高压电源正极接线端子(HV+)连接; 所述正电晕发生针阵列(4)位于高压地电极(3)内部,两管壁之间的间隙空间形成正电晕放电区,通过所述正电晕放电区的尾气中的颗粒物由于正电晕的放电作用带上正电荷,尾气中的颗粒物由于正电晕的放电作用带上正电荷,成为正电荷颗粒物,并向高压地电极⑶的方向迁移;所述高压地电极⑶位于负电晕发生针阵列⑵内部,两管壁之间的间隙空间形成负电晕放电区,通过所述负电晕放电区的尾气中的颗粒物由于负电晕的放电作用带上负电荷,尾气中的颗粒物由于负电晕的放电作用带上负电荷,成为负电荷颗粒物,并向高压地电极3的方向迁移; 所述荷电单元(5)是有透气孔眼的圆面,所属圆面垂直于尾气流方向,并在与滤芯(7)相对的一面分布有垂直于表面、指向尾气流动方向的放电针阵列,所述放电针阵列与高压电源负极接线端子(HV-)连接;所述滤芯(7)的电极接线端子(76)与高压电源地极接线端子(GND)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器,其特征在于,还设置有喷雾装置(14),所述喷雾装置(14)的水雾出口与壳体(8)内相通,位于颗粒物凝并单元(20)的前端。
7.根据权利 要求5所述的汽车尾气颗粒物捕集器,其特征在于,壳体(8)内设置有尾气背压传感器(13)。
