背景技术：
我国是脑血管疾病发病率非常高的国家之一。由于人们生活水平的提高以及膳食结构的改善，脑血管疾病已占我国常见病多发病的第二位，且以老年人多见，病程长、愈后差，其中90％以上患者留有后遗症，多有肢体瘫痪、失语、膀胱直肠功能障碍等，丧失生活自理能力及工作能力，如何加强脑血管病患者的早期康复护理，减少残疾，提高其生活质量是一个待解决的问题。褥疮，又叫压迫性溃疡，早期可见身体头部、颈部、肩部、手、胳膊、后背、臀部、膝侧骨和脚踝皮肤红肿慢慢变水泡，然后水泡溃破、感染、创面加深变成紫色，导致组织细胞溃烂、坏死开始流脓，由于脑血管病人长期卧床不起，使用传统的棉褥子容易引发褥疮，因此有必要对棉褥子结构加以改进。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防褥疮床垫，其结构合理，能够有效地防止中风偏瘫不能动的病人、骨伤、烧烫伤、牵引和外科手术不能动的病人、康复病人、老人院的老人发生褥疮，使用方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种防褥疮床垫，包括垫体，所说的垫体分为头枕、腰垫、膝踝垫及垫体四部分，四者分别支撑着人体、头颈部、腰部以及膝踝部，垫体内填充设置着糜子/或决明子，垫体的上下布料为纯棉布，表面间隔设置着相互平行的缝合线，每一组缝合线由间隔0.5厘米的两条线体组成，垫体上面顶部放着头枕，垫体中间放着腰垫，垫体下部放着膝踝垫，垫体的厚度为2-10厘米。
所说的垫体分为头枕、腰垫、膝踝垫及垫体四部分，四者分别支撑着人体、头颈部、腰部以及膝踝部。
本实用新型使用时，将其垫体放置于病人的身体下部，此垫有透气、凉爽、吸汗的特性，可以有效地降低患者躯干的温度，恢复受压部位的血液循环、舒筋活络，消除肌肉疲劳。垫体上面放置专用头枕，病人躺在上面，能减轻颈椎疼痛和僵硬的症状，提高睡眠。腰累时放腰垫，膝踝不舒服时放膝踝垫，可减轻腰腿麻木的痛苦。其结构人性化，利用垫体内填充的糜子或决明子之间多孔透气、凹凸的特性，能有效的防止卧床不起的病弱群体发生褥疮，使用方便。

具体实施方式
一种防褥疮床垫，如图1、图2所示，包括垫体1，垫体1填充设置着糜子/或决明子2，垫体表面间隔设置着相互平行的缝合线3，垫体上面顶部放着头枕4，垫体中间放着腰垫5，垫体下部放着膝踝垫6。本实用新型结构人性化，利用垫体内填充的糜子或决明子2之间多孔透气、凉爽、吸汗、凹凸不平的特性，能够有效地降低患者躯干的温度，恢复受压部位的血液循环、舒筋活络，消除肌肉疲劳。
垫体1的上下布料为纯棉布，表面间隔设置着相互平行的缝合线3，每一组缝合线3由间隔0.5厘米的两条线体组成，它有通风、散热的作用，垫体1的厚度为2-10厘米。所说的垫体1分为头枕、腰垫、膝踝垫及垫体四部分，四者分别支撑着人体、头颈部、腰部以及膝踝部。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，头枕4能减轻颈椎疼痛和僵硬的症状，提高睡眠。腰垫5、膝踝垫6可以减轻腰腿麻木的痛苦，凸显本实用新型的人性化，有效的预防长期卧床不起的病弱群体发生褥疮，使用方便。
