背景技术
目前的热风干燥或红外干燥都是采用两个以上并列单元对物料进行干燥，当需要进行排废时要么采用单独风机对每一节排废单独控制，这种排废结构浪费了材料，提高了设备成本，要么就合并对每节的排风量均等排废，这种结构不但浪费了热能，提高了运营成本，而且也降低了劳动生产率。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种可同时调节不同干燥单元排废风量的控制装置，它可以严格控制每单元的排气比例，优化排气量，达到排放量少，效果最好的目的。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种可同时调节不同干燥单元排废风量的控制装置，它包括若干控制阀、排废风机和流量控制器，控制阀的数量与干燥单元排废口的数量相对应，若干控制阀都与流量控制器连接，排废口通过排废管相互串接后与排废风机连接，每个控制阀设置在每个排废口处。
所述的控制阀设置为气流调节阀。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：采用了以上技术方案后，本实用新型可以根据物料的干燥曲线图，然后根据物料在每单元的干燥时间，确定各个单元的排废量，通过对需要排废的单元的气流调节阀的调节，严格控制每单元的排气比例，优化排气量，达到排放量少，效果最好的目的。

在图1和图2中，本实用新型提供了一种可同时调节不同干燥单元排废风量的控制装置，它包括若干控制阀1、排废风机2和流量控制器4，本实施例设置为四个控制阀所述的控制阀1设置为气流调节阀，四个控制阀1与四个干燥单元的排废口3相对应，四个控制阀1都与流量控制器4连接，排废口3通过排废管相互串接后与排废风机2连接，每个控制阀1设置在每个排废口3处。

1.一种可同时调节不同干燥单元排废风量的控制装置，其特征是它包括若干控制阀（1）、排废风机（2）和流量控制器（4），控制阀（1）的数量与干燥单元排废口（3）的数量相对应，若干控制阀（1）都与流量控制器（4）连接，排废口（3）通过排废管相互串接后与排废风机（2）连接，每个控制阀（1）设置在每个排废口（3）处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可同时调节不同干燥单元排废风量的控制装置，其特征是所述的控制阀（1）设置为气流调节阀。
