One substrate;
At least one LED chip, is arranged on this substrate;
One transparent colloid, covers this LED chip; And
One fluorescent material, is arranged on this substrate, in order to cover this LED chip and this transparent colloid.
11. LED fluorescent tubes according to claim 8, is characterized in that, wherein, described chip package type LED assembly comprises:
One substrate, its surface is provided with this copper wire layer;
At least one LED chip, is welded on copper wire layer by least two terminals; And
One has the colloid of fluorescent material, covers this LED chip.
12. LED fluorescent tubes according to claim 1, is characterized in that, wherein, this cover body is glass cover body or plastics cover body.
13. LED fluorescent tubes according to claim 1, is characterized in that, wherein, this cover body is all-transparent cover body or cloudy surface cover body.
14. LED fluorescent tubes according to claim 12, is characterized in that, wherein, the material that this plastics cover body is a first half is plastics, and the material of the Lower Half cover body that to be glass fibre and plastics extra quality gives as security altogether.
