[0016] 如图1至图3所示,为本实用新型公开的一种新型消音器,包括可相互盖合的消音器盖10和消音器壳11,所述消音器盖10和消音器壳11之间设置消音器隔板12,所述消音器盖10、消音器壳11和消音器隔板12之间通过铆接固定,所述消音器隔板12将所述消音器盖10和消音器壳11形成的腔体分隔成进气室13和排气室14,所述消音器隔板12的上侧开设有安装槽15,安装槽15内安装有导气罩16,所述消音器盖10的上侧设有一凹槽17,凹槽17内设有可与排气管连通的排气孔18,排气孔18与导气罩16相通,所述消音器壳11上设有安装孔21,安装孔21处的消音器壳11的外侧壁可安装与发动机的排气口处、消音器壳11的内侧壁设有气流导管22,气流导管22靠近安装孔21—侧的管口上设有具有磁性的磁性钢丝滤网19,滤网19可以过滤一部分的尾气中排出的火花,可以有效的防止火灾的发生,气流导管22内设有过滤盒20,过滤盒20内装设有活性炭,气流导管22的两侧分别设有第一固定导管23,所述消音器盖10上设有两个固定孔25,两个固定孔25上分别设有第二固定导管34,所述消音器隔板12中部分别设有两个贯穿孔24,所述两个第一固定导管23与两个第二固定导管34分别与两个贯穿孔24连通。
[0017] 上述中,所述气流导管22的两侧设有两个通气孔26,所述两固定导管23分别与两个通气孔26连通,所述气流导管22通过固定压板27安装于消音器壳11的内侧壁上,所述两固定导管23上位于所述贯穿孔24的两侧分别螺接有钢环32,四个钢环32分别与贯穿孔两侧的侧壁之间设有橡胶垫片33。
[0018] 上述中,所述消音器隔板12的下侧设有触媒套安装孔28,触媒套安装孔28内安装有触媒套29,触媒套29里设有触媒30,所述触媒套29靠近消音器盖10的一侧的侧壁上设置有两列通气窗31,每列的通气窗31设置有三个。

1.一种新型消音器,包括可相互盖合的消音器盖和消音器壳,其特征在于:所述消音器盖和消音器壳之间设置消音器隔板,所述消音器盖、消音器壳和消音器隔板之间通过焊接固定,所述消音器隔板将所述消音器盖和消音器壳形成的腔体分隔成进气室和排气室,所述消音器隔板的上侧开设有安装槽,安装槽内安装有导气罩,所述消音器盖的上侧设有一凹槽,凹槽内设有可与排气管连通的排气孔,排气孔与导气罩相通,所述消音器壳上设有安装孔,安装孔处的消音器壳的外侧壁可安装与发动机的排气口处、消音器壳的内侧壁设有气流导管,气流导管靠近安装孔一侧的管口上设有具有磁性的磁性钢丝滤网,气流导管内设有过滤盒,过滤盒内装设有活性炭,气流导管的两侧分别设有第一固定导管,所述消音器盖上设有两个固定孔,两个固定孔上分别设有第二固定导管,所述消音器隔板中部分别设有两个贯穿孔,所述两个第一固定导管与两个第二固定导管分别与两个贯穿孔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消音器,其特征在于:所述气流导管的两侧设有两个通气孔,所述两固定导管分别与两个通气孔连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的消音器,其特征在于:所述气流导管通过固定压板安装于消音器壳的内侧壁上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的消音器,其特征在于:所述两个第一固定导管和两个第二固定导管上分别与所述贯穿孔连通的管口处设有钢环,四个钢环分别与贯穿孔两侧的侧壁之间设有橡胶垫片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的消音器,其特征在于:所述消音器隔板的下侧设有触媒套安装孔,触媒套安装孔内安装有触媒套,触媒套里设有触媒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的消音器,其特征在于:所述触媒套靠近消音器盖的一侧的侧壁上设置有两列通气窗,每列的通气窗设置有三个。
