本实用新型重力刻度指示装置的重力调整方式可使用螺纹丝杆配合螺母对弹簧的强度进行设定,也可通过增减弹簧的数量进行设定。重力的调整方式可采取手动或电动的形式进行。
本实用新型使用钢丝绳绕行一组或多组滑轮组后拉动弹簧,使弹簧在短行程的情况下换取钢丝绳的长行程。滑轮组的使用与否可根据重力调整的不同方式而定。每组滑轮组包含的滑轮数量可根据不同的弹簧而定。
本实用新型使用一个涡旋轨道与大圆轮采用同步或异步方式相配合,并通过钢丝绳与健身器械相连,大圆轮的使用与否可根据健身器械的不同类型而定。
Claims (2)
1.一种健身器械弹簧配重平衡装置,其特征在于设有手轮、丝杆、框架连接螺母、重力刻度指示装置框架、平面压板、平面压板导柱、上框梁、上滑轮组、下滑轮组、弹簧导柱、上弹簧座、弹簧、下弹簧座、弹簧导柱连接螺母、下框梁、涡旋轨道、大圆轮、滑轮组与涡旋轨道连接钢丝绳、大圆轮与健身设备连接钢丝绳;
所述手轮固定在丝杆顶部,所述弹簧架设于上弹簧座与下弹簧座之间,弹簧导柱贯穿弹簧及上弹簧座和下弹簧座后,弹簧导柱的两端分别与上框梁和下框梁连接,形成基础框架;弹簧连同上弹簧座和下弹簧座沿弹簧导柱运动;弹簧导柱的下端加工有螺纹丝杆,弹簧导柱连接螺母安装于弹簧导柱的螺纹丝杆上;重力刻度指示装置框架安装于上框梁上,丝杆一端与手轮连接,丝杆另一端穿过固定于重力刻度指示装置框架上的框架连接螺母;平面压板导柱上端连接平面压板,平面压板导柱下端穿过上框梁连接上弹簧座;上滑轮组穿过上弹簧座安装在上框梁上,下滑轮组安装在下弹簧座上;滑轮组与涡旋轨道连接钢丝绳一端安装固定于下滑轮组的一侧,然后绕行上滑轮组和下滑轮组,滑轮组与涡旋轨道连接钢丝绳的另一端连接涡旋轨道,涡旋轨道与大圆轮采用同步或异步方式相配合;大圆轮与健身设备连接钢丝绳的一端安装固定于大圆轮上,绕行大圆轮后,大圆轮与健身设备连接钢丝绳的另一端与健身器械连接。
2.如权利要求1所述一种健身器械弹簧配重平衡装置,其特征在于所述弹簧采用压缩螺旋弹簧、拉伸弹簧或涡卷弹簧。
