一种超薄发光键盘
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种键盘。
背景技术
目前,市场上有很多键盘用来配平板电脑,因平板电脑小巧、便携、可适用多种使用环境,要求与之相配的键盘小巧、超薄并有夜光功能,但是目前市面上尚无超薄而又发光的键盘。
当前用在平板电脑上面的键盘有三种,一种是剪刀脚键盘,第二种是硅胶键盘,第三种是锅仔片键盘,前两种比较常见,产品厚为约为7MM,第三种约为3MM。
普通的发光键盘采用厚达2MM的导光板,此导光板由亚克力材料制作,很硬,所以只能放在最底层,发出的光被上面的薄膜开关与橡胶开关大量吸收,导致亮度不足。为了保证足够的亮度必须加大LED功率,这样将导致键盘的耗电量大,因此不适用于平板电脑这类产品上。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于:克服现有的键盘厚度较厚而且不能发光或者耗电量大的缺陷,提供一种厚度薄而且发光耗电量小的键盘。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出以下技术方案:一种超薄发光键盘,其包括一键盘罩、一薄膜开关下片、一薄膜开关中片、一薄膜开关上片、若干锅仔片、一印刷按键、一LED灯条、一反光膜、一导光膜、一按键;
该薄膜开关下片安装在该键盘罩中;
该薄膜开关中片设在该薄膜开关下片的上面;
该薄膜开关上片设在该薄膜开关中片的上面;
该若干锅仔片安装在该薄膜开关上片的上面;
该印刷按键是一整层薄膜,其覆盖在该薄膜开关上片上方;
该印刷按键的下部向下延伸设有若干个按键触点,该若干个按键触点对应安装在该锅仔片的上方;
该LED灯条安装在该键盘罩内,位于该薄膜开关下片、薄膜开关中片、薄膜开关上片和印刷按键的一侧边;
该反光膜包裹在该LED灯条的外面;
该导光膜是一整层薄膜,其安装在该印刷按键的上面,其一端延伸到该反光膜之中邻近该LED灯条;
该按键是一整层,其安装在该导光膜上方。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该按键是用透明PC或是PU膜热压喷油,然后镭雕形成半透明镂空字。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该导光膜是柔性膜。
上述技术方案的进一步限定在于,该导光膜上印刷有反光点。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
使用了导光膜这一薄膜,并且采用薄膜开关加锅仔片的方式(现有的是PCB板加锅仔片的方式),因此厚度能做到相当薄,厚约1.7MM。
该反光膜反射该LED灯条发出的光线,经过导光膜,最后从按键的镂空部分透出到键盘外,形成发光字。
印刷按键通过与按键及锅仔片的关联产生断落感,并以此获得按键的触发功能。
薄膜开关采用三片式以减少锅仔片本身易导致的导通不良,及一片式薄膜开关UV搭桥印刷导致的易断线及隔离阻抗过低导致的电性能不稳定。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3,一种超薄发光键盘,其包括一键盘罩11、一薄膜开关下片13、一薄膜开关中片15、一薄膜开关上片17、若干锅仔片19、一印刷按键23、一LED灯条25、一反光膜27、一导光膜29、一按键31。
该薄膜开关下片13安装在该键盘罩11中。
该薄膜开关中片15设在该薄膜开关下片13的上面。
该薄膜开关上片17设在该薄膜开关中片15的上面。
该若干锅仔片19安装在该薄膜开关上片17的上面。
该印刷按键23是一整层薄膜,其覆盖在该薄膜开关上片17上方。
该印刷按键23 的下部向下延伸设有若干个按键触点232,该若干个按键触点232对应安装在该锅仔片19的上方。
该LED灯条25安装在该键盘罩11内,位于该薄膜开关下片13、薄膜开关中片15、薄膜开关上片17和印刷按键23的一侧边。
该反光膜27包裹在该LED灯条25的外面。
该导光膜29是一整层薄膜,其安装在该印刷按键23的上面,其一端延伸到该反光膜27之中邻近该LED灯条25。
该按键31是一整层,其安装在该导光膜29上方。
该按键31是用透明PC或是PU膜热压喷油,然后镭雕形成半透明镂空字。
该导光膜29上正对键盘字体位置印刷有反光点(图未示),将光线发射到镂空字符上形成发光字。
该导光膜29是柔性膜,不影响下部的锅仔片19的操作,因此可以放在最上层的按键31与锅仔片19之间。
该LED灯条25发出的光,通过该反光膜27的反射作用,经过导光膜29照到所有按键31的下方,光线透过按键31的镂空部分而透出到键盘外,从而产生发光效果。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
使用了导光膜29这一薄膜,并且采用薄膜开关加锅仔片19的方式(现有的是PCB板加锅仔片的方式),因此厚度能做到相当薄,厚约1.7MM。
该反光膜27反射该LED灯条25发出的光线,经过导光膜29,最后从按键31的镂空部分透出到键盘外,形成发光字。
印刷按键23通过与按键31及锅仔片19的关联产生断落感,并以此获得按键31的触发功能。

1.一种超薄发光键盘,其特征在于,其包括一键盘罩、一薄膜开关下片、一薄膜开关中片、一薄膜开关上片、若干锅仔片、一印刷按键、一LED灯条、一反光膜、一导光膜、一按键;
该薄膜开关下片安装在该键盘罩中;
该薄膜开关中片设在该薄膜开关下片的上面;
该薄膜开关上片设在该薄膜开关中片的上面;
该若干锅仔片安装在该薄膜开关上片的上面;
该印刷按键是一整层薄膜,其覆盖在该薄膜开关上片上方;
该印刷按键的下部向下延伸设有若干个按键触点,该若干个按键触点对应安装在该锅仔片的上方;
该LED灯条安装在该键盘罩内,位于该薄膜开关下片、薄膜开关中片、薄膜开关上片和印刷按键的一侧边;
该反光膜包裹在该LED灯条的外面;
该导光膜是一整层薄膜,其安装在该印刷按键的上面,其一端延伸到该反光膜之中邻近该LED灯条;
该按键是一整层,其安装在该导光膜上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄发光键盘,其特征在于,该按键是用透明PC或是PU膜热压喷油,然后镭雕形成半透明镂空字。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄发光键盘,其特征在于,该导光膜是柔性膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄发光键盘,其特征在于,该导光膜上印刷有反光点。
