[0002] 防水安全技术领域涉及各行各业,是当今经济安全和公共安全等的重大课题之一。例如涉及几乎所有行业企业的电子信息系统机房,集中着众多的精密设备,是数据采集、处理、存储、传输的中心枢纽,为保证精密信息设备的正常运行,机房对温度和湿度有严格要求,大多数机房设有精密空调系统,对温度、湿度与压力进行调节控制,但是空调加湿用的供水、冷冻水的排水设施都存在着漏水的隐患,同时也可能存在自来水、消防用水漏水,雨水侵入等状况的发生。机房的地板下强电、弱电、底线等线缆纵横交错,设备漏水危害大,又不容易发现,一旦漏水,后果将不堪设想。为避免漏水而造成机房线路短路、设备损坏、甚至数据丢失、业务中断等严重后果,需要及早地发现泄漏情况并及时处理,以保证机房设备的稳定运行。
[0003] 现有的漏水检测装置大多只能实现检测到漏水信号时,通过控制器输出声光报警,而缺少输出控制功能,当现场无人时,不能达到很好的检测报警效果,并且多为单路水浸检测传感器,不能实现多方位、多点位的同时检测。这些对于防水技术领域的信号检测及其监控技术也提出了新的课题。特别涉及对于水湿水侵水害更为敏感的地下设施、矿道设施、水利设施、化学危险品设施、舰船机车飞机等设施装备,防水安全更是涉及人员生命安全和财产物资安全的重大问题。
发明内容
[0004] 本装置采用信号采集技术和计算机控制技术相结合,形成了本发明的一种多路示位漏水检测报警监控装置,本装置采用了多路水浸传感器技术,其水浸传感器采用为专用漏水检测绳,该种漏水检测绳主要由两条金属导电裸线和两条绝缘线组成;两条金属导电裸线和两条绝缘线四条线围绕中轴按平行螺旋方式缠绕,其外围包覆有含有导电介质的有机聚合物吸水外层护套,从而形成绳状,有效探测传感长度可设计达几米到几千米;水浸传感器工作时,内部两条金属导电裸线各自分别连接12V和OV电压,在没有漏水状况时,两条金属导电裸线处于平行断开状态;当有水体液体泄漏接触到漏水检测绳时,由于水体液体多为导电介质,经过含有导电介质的有机聚合物吸水外层护套的吸附浸润而导通了漏水点处的两条金属导电裸线,检测点处分压电阻变化而输出高电平值,因此能够检测出任一线路漏水状况的存在;多路水浸传感器可以设计为多个水平方向或者垂直方向安置的并且长短不一的定长探测头,铺设在不同的方位场地或不同的房间场所;水浸传感器还可经由普通外绝缘电线,与数据处理模块的信号输入端连接,这样在确定的空间内和一定长度距离的点位上,就可以测定报警甚至监控该空间该长度具体点位上的漏水信号;普通外绝缘电线长度可根据实际状况进行设定,只在重点防护区域点位应用联通铺设不同长度的漏水检测绳作为水浸传感器,能有效节省成本。对于较长管道管线的漏水检测,水浸传感器或者采用“设计多条不同路段进行检测、同一管路逐条路段顺序布设”的方法来实施。这都是本发明的创新特征之处。
[0005] 数据处理模块通过对漏水信号进行处理,分析得出漏水状况以及所在的检测线路,及时控制所对应检测线路的报警指示灯开灯闪烁,并发出声音报警信号,同时自动控制相应的继电器输出控制信号,可实现关闭空调电源、关闭设备电源、或开启排水系统等多种控制,还可以通过通信模块,利用RS485等通信技术进行信号传输,从而实现漏水检测和防水安全的远程监控。
[0006] 本实用新型为一种多路示位漏水检测报警监控装置,其特征在于:本装置采用模块化设计,主要由以下各个模块结构连接构成:

[0011] 多路水浸传感器还能够经由普通外绝缘电线,与数据处理模块I的信号输入端连接,这样探测监控范围能够实现不同目标不同管线的不同路段不同点位的多路示位;或者同一目标同一较长管线检测的多路示位:对于较长管道管线的漏水检测,水浸传感器采用“设计多条不同路段进行检测、同一管路逐条路段顺序布设”的方法来实施;并且各自路段或同一路段长度也能达几米到几千米,均能够显示不同路段不同点位的漏水信号,从而迅即通知报警并实施现场监控;

[0021] 如图1、图2所示,需要监控的为某金融企业的重点计算机房的地板漏水情况,该机房安装机房动力环境监控系统,本装置作为机房动力环境监控系统下的漏水防护防水安全检测子系统,主要有以下各个模块结构组成:
[0022] 数据处理模块1、报警模块2、通信模块3、输出控制模块4、电源转换模块5、数据采集模块6以及外接直流电源模块DC ;输出控制模块4包括多路输出继电器4-1、4-2、…、4-n ;数据采集模块6包括多路水浸传感器6-1、6-2、…、6-n ;水浸传感器采用专用漏水检测绳,这种检测绳主要由两条铜芯裸线和两条绝缘线组成,四根线围中轴按平行螺旋方式缠绕,四条线外围包覆含有导电介质的聚氯乙烯吸水外层护套;铜芯裸线在没有漏水状况时,处于平行断开状态,向数据处理模块I输出OV低电平,当有水体液体泄漏接触到漏水检测绳时,导通了漏水点处的两条铜芯裸线,向数据处理模块I输出高电平,从而能够实现检测任一线路漏水及润湿状况的预警信息;本装置通过通信模块3与动力环境监控系统的监控主机C相连接,将实时向监控主机C传送漏水检测信号;其中多路水浸传感器专用的漏水检测绳,经由普通外绝缘电线与数据处理模块相连接,分别铺设在企业计算机房及涉及通道管路的多点地面上。
[0023] 一天,该金融企业的重点计算机房内的中央空调出现漏水故障,铺设在中央空调附近的10米长的水浸传感器6-2检测到漏水信号,输出高电平,经过普通外绝缘电线传输到数据处理模块1,数据处理模块I检测到高电平后,经过判断得出漏水状况,及时控制报警模块2发出声光报警,控制继电器4-2执行控制动作,关闭中央空调的电源,并在数秒之内通过通信模块3发送给动力环境监控系统的监控主机C,监控主机C在系统界面上发出漏水报警信号,并显示出漏水所在的线路信息,值班的监控人员及时发现漏水情况,安排维修人员快速排出故障,避免了机房设备损坏和金融运营损失。

[0025] 如图1、图2所示,需要监控的为某高校的图书馆,安装有如实施例1 一样的漏水检测报警装置,多路水浸传感器长度可达100米,通过普通外绝缘电线与数据处理模块I连接,分别铺设在不同楼层的不同图书借阅室资料室等四周的地面上,用于实时监控地面上的漏水信号,一天数据处理模块I检测到二楼卫生间自来水管破裂导致自来水外泄到图书馆二楼地面上的状况,将控制报警模块2发出声光报警信号,并控制输出控制模块4发出控制动作,自动关闭对应的2楼该卫生间的自来水阀门,图书馆管理员发现报警信号之后,及时赶赴现场查看情况,并迅速组织维修人员进行维护,从而保护了图书馆内的书籍、重要文件等,免遭漏水造成的润湿水损等毁坏。

[0027] 如图1、图2所示,需要监控的为地下煤矿,主要有以下几个模块组成:数据处理模块1、报警模块2、通信模块3、输出控制模块4、电源转换模块5、数据采集模块6以及外接直流电源模块DC ;输出控制模块4包括多路继电器4-1、4-2、…、4-n ;数据采集模块6包括多路水浸传感器6_1、6_2、…、6_n,及针对同一较长杭道G的6-n-l、6-n-2、6-n_3的分3路顺序布置的3个水浸传感器专用漏水检测绳。 [0028] 这些水浸传感器均采用如实施例1相同的专用漏水检测绳,该专用漏水检测绳的各路长度为10米至50米,连接普通外绝缘电线的长度可达100-几百米,分别铺设在不同的地下矿井的地面四周,本专用漏水检测绳及检测装置通过通信模块3与地面上的监控平台P连接。
[0029] 本装置的数据处理模块I每隔数秒就进行一次信号检测与处理,一天,检测到有石A道G的6-n-l、6-n-2高电平漏水信号,其中6-n-l、6-n_2的水浸传感器的长度分别为20米和30米,数据处理模块I立即控制报警模块2发出声光报警,控制继电器4-3、4-4分别开启对应的排水系统,并通过通信模块3向地面上的监控平台P发送漏水报警信息,值班的监控人员发现漏水报警后,迅速通知井下肮道G的6-n-l、6-n-2对应20米和30米处点位的施工采煤作业人员进行安全撤离,并及时组织救助人员进行抢险以及维护工作,保障了井下工作人员的生命健康安全,降低了煤矿企业的经济损失。
Claims (2)
1.一种多路示位漏水检测报警监控装置,其特征在于:本装置采用模块化设计,主要由以下各个模块结构连接构成: 数据处理模块(1)、报警模块(2 )、通信模块(3 )、输出控制模块(4 )、电源转换模块(5 )、数据采集模块(6)以及外接直流电源模块(DC); 数据处理模块(1)与数据采集模块(6 )连接,接收数据采集模块(6 )输入的高低电平漏水信号,然后与报警模块(2)连接,向报警模块(2)输出高低电平的报警信号,又与输出控制模块(4 )相连,向输出控制模块(4 )输出高低电平控制信号,与通信模块(3 )连接,通过通信模块(3)与远程监控平台(P)或其它监控系统主机的485通信接口连接,实现漏水检测信号的传输,最后和电源转换模块(5)相连,获得正常工作的5V直流电压; 数据采集模块(6):其中包括与外接直流电源模块(DC)连接的多路水浸传感器(6-1、6-2、…、6-n),各路水浸传感器采用为专用漏水检测绳,该种专用漏水检测绳主要由两条金属导电裸线和两条绝缘线组成;两条金属导电裸线和两条绝缘线四条线围绕中轴按平行螺旋方式缠绕,其外围包覆有含有导电介质的有机聚合物吸水外层护套,从而形成绳状,有效探测传感长度设计达几米到几千米; 各路水浸传感器工作时,每路水浸传感器内部的两条金属导电裸线各自分别连接外接直流电源模块(DC)的12V和OV电压,在没有漏水状况时,两条金属导电裸线处于平行断开状态,水浸传感器向数据处理模块(I)输出低电平;当有水体液体泄漏接触到漏水检测绳时,由于水体液体多为导电介质,经过含有导电介质的有机聚合物吸水外层护套的吸附浸润而导通了漏水点处的两条金属导电裸线,检测点处分压电阻变化并向数据处理模块I输出高电平,因此能够检测出任一线路漏水状况的存在;多路水浸传感器设计为多个水平方向或者垂直方向安置的并且长短不一的定长探测头,铺设在不同的方位场地或不同的房间场所; 多路水浸传感器还能够经由普通外绝缘电线,与数据处理模块(I)的信号输入端连接,这样探测监控范围能够实现不同目标不同管线的不同路段不同点位的多路示位;或者同一目标同一较长管线检测的多路示位:对于较长管道管线的漏水检测,水浸传感器采用“设计多条不同路段进行检测、同一管路逐条路段顺序布设”的方法来实施;并且各自路段或同一路段长度也能达几米到几千米,均能够显示不同路段不同点位的漏水信号,从而迅即通知报警并实施现场监控; 输出控制模块(4)包括多路继电器(4-1、4-2、…、4-n),与数据处理模块(I)相连,接收数据处理模块(I)输出的高低电平控制信号,进而控制与输出控制模块(4)相连的负载(Load)执行控制动作,并同样与外接直流电源模块(DC)连接,获得正常工作的12V直流电压; 电源转换模块(5)连接外接直流电源模块(DC)Jf 12V直流电压转换为5V直流电源,除与数据处理模块(I)连接之外,还与通信模块(3 )相连,为其提供正常工作所需的5V稳定直流电压。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:本多路示位漏水检测报警监控装置不仅能够作为单一的装置独立执行漏水检测报警工作,还能够连接其他大型监控系统主机C的通用数据采集接口,为监控主机提供漏水防护和防水安全信号,或者直接连接到远端监控平台P,进行远程实时监控。
