本实用新型涉及防堵煤浆取样装置,更具体地说是一种安装使用方便,取样省时省力,不储存和沉积煤浆、不易堵塞的防堵煤浆取样装置,可应用安装于煤浆储罐等。
背景技术
目前使用的煤浆储罐取样管容易储存和沉积煤浆、容易堵塞,并影响取样精度。
发明内容
为了解决现有煤浆储罐取样管容易储存和沉积煤浆、容易堵塞,并影响取样精度的问题,本实用新型提供了一种安装使用方便,取样省时省力,不储存和沉积煤浆、不易堵塞的防堵煤浆取样装置,可应用安装于煤浆储罐等。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它是由单向阀芯压簧首端连接于单向阀芯压簧挡板中心,单向阀芯压簧末端连接于单向阀芯,单向阀芯上带有支杆,单向阀座连接于套管,套管安装于煤浆储罐上,单向阀座上有开口,便于煤浆进入取样管,取样管带有推杆,推杆首端有挡板,便于向单向阀芯上的支杆传递推力,推杆上有推杆压簧,取样管内壁焊接有推杆压簧挡板,取样管首端形状与单向阀座吻合,可起到密封作用,取样管通过丝扣接头连接取样瓶,取样管末端有出浆管,出浆管底部有丝扣接头,取样瓶上有螺纹,便于与丝扣接头连接,取样瓶为透明材质,便于观察取样量。使用时,将取样管放置于套管内,推动推杆,带动取样管首端压紧于单向阀座,并打开单向阀芯,煤浆进入取样管通过丝扣接头进入取样瓶。
本实用新型与现有技术相比有如下优点:将传统的煤浆储罐取样管容易储存和沉积煤浆、容易堵塞,并影响取样精度,改进为一种安装使用方便,取样省时省力,不储存和沉积煤浆、不易堵塞的防堵煤浆取样装置。

具体实施方式
参照附图如下,在图1中,单向阀芯压簧2首端连接于单向阀芯压簧挡板1中心,单向阀芯压簧2末端连接于单向阀芯3,单向阀芯3上带有支杆,单向阀座4连接于套管7,套管7安装于煤浆储罐上,单向阀座4上有开口,便于煤浆进入取样管8,取样管8带有推杆9,推杆9首端有挡板,便于向单向阀芯3上的支杆传递推力,推杆9上有推杆压簧6,取样管8内壁焊接有推杆压簧挡板5,取样管8首端形状与单向阀座4吻合,可起到密封作用,取样管8通过丝扣接头11连接取样瓶12,取样管8末端有出浆管10,出浆管10底部有丝扣接头11,取样瓶12上有螺纹,便于与丝扣接头11连接,取样瓶12为透明材质,便于观察取样量。使用时,将取样管8放置于套管7内,推动推杆9,带动取样管8首端压紧于单向阀座4,并打开单向阀芯3,煤浆进入取样管8通过丝扣接头11进入取样瓶12。在图2中,单向阀芯压簧挡板1水平焊接于套管7内。

1.防堵煤浆取样装置,它是由单向阀芯压簧(2)首端连接于单向阀芯压簧挡板(1)中心,单向阀芯压簧(2)末端连接于单向阀芯(3),单向阀座(4)连接于套管(7),套管(7)安装于煤浆储罐上,取样管(8)带有推杆(9),推杆(9)首端有挡板,推杆(9)上有推杆压簧(6),取样管(8)内壁焊接有推杆压簧挡板(5),取样管(8)首端形状与单向阀座(4)吻合,取样管(8)通过丝扣接头(11)连接取样瓶(12),取样管(8)末端有出浆管(10),出浆管(10)底部有丝扣接头(11),其特征是:单向阀芯(3)上带有支杆。
2.防堵煤浆取样装置,其特征是:单向阀座(4)上有开口。
3.防堵煤浆取样装置,其特征是:取样瓶(12)上有螺纹。
4.防堵煤浆取样装置,其特征是:取样瓶(12)为透明材质。
