Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种温压一体化热式气体流量计,其特征是:设置一空心表头,在表头的中空腔内固定设置压力传感器;设置一空心探杆,探杆的一端支撑表头,并与表头的中空腔贯通,另一端与探头座螺纹连接,检测探头贯穿并固定在探头座中;在探头座的中心设置取压通孔,设置在探头座的背部的直通接头与取压通孔相连通,并通过压力导管与表头中的压力传感器相连通。本实用新型将压力传感器集成到热式流量计中,可实时获得管道流体压力,以提高流量检测的精度,同时也简化设备安装,提高效率。

背景技术
[0002] 流量仪表是过程自动化仪表与装置中的大类仪表之一,广泛用于冶金、电力、煤炭、化工、石油、交通、建筑、轻纺、食品、医药、农业、环境保护及人民日常生活等国民经济各个领域,是发展工农业生产,节约能源,改进产品质量,提高经济效益和管理水平的重要工具,在国民经济中占有重要的地位。
[0003] 流量计用以测量管路中流体流量,即单位时间内通过的流体体积的仪表。由于检测环境中气体的压强与标准大气压不一致,因此在流量计的实际使用过程中需要同时检测环境气压,经过一系列换算之后获得更精确的流量值。因而大多数的气体输送管道上既安装了流量计又安装了压力检测装置。这样就大大增加了设备安装的复杂性和难度,同时外置压力传感器并不能精确反映被测气体的实时压力,造成计算后的流量值存在偏差。

[0015] 设置一空心表头1,在表头I的中空腔内固定设置压力传感器7 ;设置一空心探杆2,探杆2的一端支撑表头1,并与表头I的中空腔贯通,另一端与探头座3螺纹连接,检测探头4贯穿并固定在探头座3中;在探头座3的中心设置取压通孔8,设置在探头座3的背部的直通接头6与取压通孔8相连通,并通过压力导管5与表头I中的压力传感器7相连通。
[0016] 如图2所示,表头I由前盖11、壳体12和后盖13构成,由前盖11和壳体12构成表头I的中空腔,压力传感器7设置在中空腔内;由后盖13和壳体12组成与中空腔相隔离的背腔17,在背腔17中安装电路模块,包括外接电源模块和数据传输模块。
[0017] 探杆2与壳体12通过螺纹连接,压力导管5穿过其内部,连接直通接头6及压力传感器7,为了既能观察表头内部的显示屏,又满足对于表头I的密封和防爆要求,将前盖11的面板设置为透明钢化玻璃板14,并以铝合金压框15对透明钢化玻璃板14进行压装,在前盖11和壳体12的配合处加装橡胶密封圈16防止泄露。

[0019] 使用时,探杆2的前端自被测管道的侧壁、并沿着被测管道的径向方向插入在被测管道中,使检测探头4和取压通孔8均置于被测管道中,探头座3与探杆2之间通过螺纹密封连接,防止被测管道中的气体泄露进入探杆2中,探杆2在另一端与表头壳体Ib进行螺纹密封连接,防止泄露,以检测探头4完成热式气体流量的流量和温度探测,以压力传感器7通过取压通孔8完成被测管道中的压力检测。

1.一种温压一体化热式气体流量计,其特征是:设置一空心表头(I),在所述表头(I)的中空腔内固定设置压力传感器(7);设置一空心探杆(2),所述探杆(2)的一端支撑表头(I),并与表头(I)的中空腔贯通,另一端与探头座(3)螺纹连接,检测探头(4)贯穿并固定在所述探头座(3)中;在所述探头座(3)的中心设置取压通孔(8),设置在探头座(3)的背部的直通接头出)与所述取压通孔(8)相连通,并通过压力导管(5)与表头(I)中的压力传感器(7)相连通。
