[0016] 蒸汽管回转干燥机1(专利号:2004 2 0041963.8,天华化工机械及自动化设计院设计)将进料螺旋输送机4输送的湿煤进行搅拌、干燥,与充有饱和蒸汽或过热蒸汽的列管充分接触换热后,水分被蒸发,得到合格产品后,由出料口 13排出,然后产品进入到出料箱体9内,出料箱体9底部分级机构(17)中的导流板18保证落料均匀松散,便于流化分选;导流板18上设置气流孔,开孔率10%~20%,一次焦炉烟道气经入口 22第一加压后进入到导流板18底部,由下而上通过气流孔,使调湿后干煤中大量的细煤粉处于流化状态,进行一级分选。一级分选其主要作用是将分级机构17的焦煤均匀分布,同时可将部分小于0.5mm的细粉分离出来;其在尾部抽风机的作用下,随一次焦炉烟气道22进入到分级机构17顶部的沉降室19,进行大颗粒沉降,符合要求的产品随焦炉烟道气进入到收集过滤系统;进行一级分选后的焦煤仍存在大量细煤粉,焦煤沿导流板18落向分级机构17的底部,进行二次分级。二级分选其主要作用是进一步将进入分级机构17焦煤均匀化,同时进一步将0.5mm的细粉分离带出;此部位设置环形分布板20,环形分布板20上设置气流孔,开孔率10%~20%,焦煤沿着环形分布板20往下移动过程中,与二次加压后的二次焦炉烟气道23进入的焦炉烟气量充分接触,逐步完成分离过程,将大量的细煤粉流化分离,随二次焦炉烟气道23进入到分级机构17顶部的沉降室19,进行二次大颗粒沉降,符合要求的产品也随焦炉烟道气进入到收集过滤系统;进行二次分级后焦煤,大量细煤粉已经被分离,为保证良好的分离效果及可调节操作,经三次加压后的三次焦炉烟气道24与经过二次分级的焦煤在分选段21接触,进行三次分级。三级分选可将小于2mm的粉尘带入分级机构17的沉降段,风速降低后,将大于0.5mm的颗粒沉降,小于0.5mm颗粒被焦炉烟道气带出分级机构17顶部的沉降室19,进行大颗粒沉降,将符合要求的产品随焦炉烟道气进入到收集过滤系统。

1.一种煤调湿蒸汽管干燥、分级一体化机组,蒸汽管回转干燥机(I)的机身(6)为倾斜的圆筒状,圆筒内布有换热管(7),机身(6)端部设有进料口( 2)和载气入口( 3),进料口(2)与进料螺旋输送机(4)相连,载气入口(3)与载气通道(5)连通,进料螺旋输送机(4)与载气通道(5)进入机身(6)内;机身(6)底部装有自由端支撑(16)和固定端支撑(14),自由端支撑(16)和固定端支撑(14)之间设有传动系统(15),其特征是机身(6)尾部有出料箱体(9),出料箱体(9)设有出料口(13)和尾气出口(8),出料箱体(9)底部设置分级机构(17),分级机构(17)顶部置有沉降室(19),分级机构(17)设置导流板(18)、环形分布板(20)、一次焦炉烟气道(22)、二次焦炉烟气道(23)、三次焦炉烟气道(24)和分选段(21),导流板(18 )和环形分布板(20 )上设置气流孔,出料箱体(9 )与蒸汽旋转接头(10 )连接,蒸汽旋转接头(10)分别接有蒸汽入口( 11)和凝液出口( 12)。
