Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,包括安装支杆、万向节、连接金具、金具缓冲套和抓取件;所述安装支杆呈圆柱状;所述安装支杆与万向节相连接;所述万向节的两端以万向节轴心为中心进行180度旋转,所述万向节的一端与安装支杆相连接,另一端与金具缓冲套相连接;所述金具缓冲套一端与万向节相连接,所述金具缓冲套的另一端套接在连接金具的一端;所述连接金具一端与金具缓冲套套接在一起,另一端用于安装抓取件。实现上下两端以万向节轴为中心可180度旋转;金具缓冲套可以起到缓冲作用;安装支杆可以实现360度旋转,同时可以调节安装高度,从而实现要抓取的产品表面复杂的适应性能够达到同样的治具对不同产品的实用性。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,属于机械手治具领域。
背景技术
[0002] 机械手主要由手部和运动机构组成。手部是用来抓持工件(或工具)的部件,根据被抓持物件的形状、尺寸、重量、材料和作业要求而有多种结构形式,如夹持型、托持型和吸附型等。运动机构,使手部完成各种转动(摆动)、机械手配件移动或复合运动来实现规定的动作,改变被抓持物件的位置和姿势。运动机构的升降、伸缩、旋转等独立运动方式,称为机械手的自由度。
[0003] 一般专用机械手有2〜3个自由度,自由度是机械手设计的关键参数,自由度越多,机械手的灵活性越大,通用性越广,其结构也越复杂。因此,一般机械手只能在三个大的方向上移动,而其他细节的部分,需要机械手治具来进行辅助,而一般的机械手治具也仅仅是在上、下、左、右四个方向上进行转动,有很多复杂情况不能解决。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可以以安装支杆为轴360度转动、并且在上下两部分可达到180度转动的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构。
[0005] 本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,包括安装支杆、万向节、连接金具、金具缓冲套和抓取件;
[0006] 所述安装支杆呈圆柱状,用于与机械手治具相连接;所述安装支杆与万向节相连接;
[0007] 所述万向节的两端以万向节轴心为中心进行180度旋转,所述万向节的一端与安装支杆相连接,另一端与金具缓冲套相连接;
[0008] 所述金具缓冲套一端与万向节相连接,所述金具缓冲套的另一端套接在连接金具的一端;所述金具缓冲套用于隔离万向节与连接金具,为万向节与连接金具之间提供缓冲距离;
[0009] 所述连接金具一端与金具缓冲套套接在一起,另一端用于安装抓取件;
[0010] 所述抓取件用于抓取产品表面。
[0011] 本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型采用万向节连接两端,实现上下两端以万向节轴为中心可180度旋转;抓取件在接触要抓取的产品表面受压时,金具缓冲套可以起到缓冲作用;安装支杆可以实现360度旋转,同时可以调节安装高度,从而实现要抓取的产品表面复杂的适应性能够达到同样的治具对不同产品的实用性。

[0013] 进一步,所述万向节在万向节轴心位置设有锁紧螺丝,所述锁紧螺丝用于固定调节好角度后的安装支杆和金具缓冲套之间的角度。[0014] 进一步,所述连接金具采用吸盘金具。
[0015] 进一步,所述吸盘金具与抓取件采用螺纹方式连接。
[0016] 进一步,所述安装支杆上设有用于安装固定的固定件。
[0017] 进一步,所述安装支杆外表面设有螺纹,所述固定件采用两个螺母组成,螺母可任意调节在安装支杆上的位置和方向;实现了安装高度可调节,并且安装支杆360度可调方向。
[0018] 进一步,所述安装支杆与万向节通过螺纹相连接,接口处通过螺母固定锁紧。
[0019] 进一步,所述万向节与金具缓冲套采用螺纹方式连接。
[0020] 进一步,所述抓取件采用真空吸盘。

[0038] 所述安装支杆I外表面设有螺纹,所述固定件7采用两个螺母组成,螺母可任意调节在安装支杆I上的位置和方向;实现了安装高度可调节,并且安装支杆360度可调方向。
[0039] 所述安装支杆I与万向节2通过螺纹相连接,接口处通过螺母固定锁紧。
[0040] 所述万向节2与金具缓冲套4采用螺纹方式连接。
[0041] 所述抓取件5采用真空吸盘。
[0042] 如图3所示,为本实用新型所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构应用到单边机械手治具的实例结构图,这种结构的机械手治具为长条形铝型材制成,治具上安装四个注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构10,这种治具适用于长的曲面注塑件的机械手抓取。
[0043] 如图4所示,为本实用新型所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构应用到矩形机械手治具的实例结构图,这种结构的机械手治具呈矩形框架,治具框架的两条边上分别安装两个注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构10,注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构10安装在治具框架上,能够实现吸盘高度的调节,以安装支杆为轴可以实现360度调节,以万向节轴心为中心180度自由调节,安装支架上的左右位置调节板和上下位置调节板可实现注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构10的安装位置的上下左右的调节。这种治具适用于一模两腔,左右对称件的机械手取件使用。

1.注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,包括安装支杆、万向节、连接金具、金具缓冲套和抓取件; 所述安装支杆呈圆柱状,所述安装支杆与万向节相连接; 所述万向节的两端以万向节轴心为中心进行180度旋转,所述万向节的一端与安装支杆相连接,另一端与金具缓冲套相连接; 所述金具缓冲套一端与万向节相连接,所述金具缓冲套的另一端套接在连接金具的一端; 所述连接金具一端与金具缓冲套套接在一起,另一端安装抓取件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述万向节在万向节轴心位置设有锁紧螺丝,所述锁紧螺丝用于固定调节好角度后的安装支杆和金具缓冲套之间的角度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述连接金具采用吸盘金具。
4.根据权利要求3所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述吸盘金具与抓取件采用螺纹方式连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述安装支杆上设有用于安装固定的固定件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述安装支杆外表面设有螺纹,所述固定件采用两个螺母组成,螺母可任意调节在安装支杆上的位置和方向。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述安装支杆与万向节通过螺纹相连接,接口处通过螺母固定锁紧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述万向节与金具缓冲套采用螺纹方式连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的注塑机机械手治具万向调节机构,其特征在于,所述抓取件采用真空吸盘。
