[0002] 减速机中大量用到各种不同齿轮来进行减速传动,减速机中的齿轮在装配前都要完成磨棱倒角的加工,这就需要在磨棱倒角加工时对工件进行夹紧。目前,对齿轮进行夹紧的方式很多,但是基本没有用到专用工装,而且工装存在各种不足,如工装结构复杂、夹紧操作繁琐、每件工装只能适应单独内孔尺寸齿轮、夹紧不可靠等。

[0005] 本实用新型专用于各种减速机齿轮的磨棱倒角加工,通过更换不同外径的胀套即可快速适应不同内孔直径的工件,具有结构简单、操作简便、通用性强及夹紧可靠的优点。工作原理是:底座与机床主轴连接,对于不同内孔齿轮工件,首先选择匹配的胀套(只要使胀套外径稍小于齿轮内孔直径即可),然后将胀套套在外圆椎体上、齿轮套在胀套外、齿轮的内侧端面由定位台阶进行轴向定位,接着放上压板并拧紧压板螺钉,于是胀套被压板轴向压紧、胀套产生轴向位移、胀套外径变大将齿轮内孔胀紧,对于一些较大尺寸的齿轮,还通过拧动紧定螺钉使紧定螺钉从外抵住齿轮,使夹紧更可靠,起到有效的保护作用,上述操作完成后,即可进行齿轮的磨棱倒角加工。
