[0002] 燃油喷射系统是汽车发动机的关键部件,其质量的优劣直接影响到汽车的行驶速度、燃油消耗量以及环境污染等问题,挺柱体作为载重汽车燃油喷射系统的关键零件,其市场需求量越来越大;该挺柱体的内孔型腔不仅形状复杂、各截面过渡部分的圆角很小(其中最小的圆角仅为R0.5),采用机械切削加工方法无法加工。如果采用热精密模锻工艺进行锻件生产,不仅后续加工余量大、材料利用率低、能源消耗大;同时由于热锻时坯料氧化和烧损以及模具的软化变形使得成形锻件的内孔型腔有锥度存在、各截面过渡部分的圆角较大,使得模具加工过程中导向性变差,而且内孔表面光洁度差、始终有拉毛现象存在,不能根据零件冲程的需要自主对冲程进行调节,无法满足挺柱体零件的使用要求,而且模具寿命很低,冲头的工作部位在长期冲压过程中容易出现塌角等现象。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种结构简单,使用方便的汽车挺柱体的冷挤压模具。

[0005] 本实用新型包括上模板和下模板,所述上模板上设置有模柄和组合凸模,所述模柄的下端与所述组合凸模连接,所述下模板上设置有与所述组合凸模相配合的组合凹模,所述组合凸模上设置有上模套,所述组合凹模的下端设置有下模垫板,所述下模垫板内设置有下顶冲,所述下模板的下方设置有下横梁,所述下横梁上设置有至少两个拉杆和顶杆,所述拉杆穿过所述下模板与所述上模板连接,所述顶杆与所述下顶冲连接。
[0006] 具体地,所述组合凸模包括冲头与冲头套组成,所述冲头与所述模柄连接,所述冲头上设置有所述冲头套。
[0007] 进一步地,所述组合凹模包括下模芯、下模内套和下模镶块,所述下模镶块设置在所述下模芯内,所述下模芯上设置有下模内套,所述下模内套与所述上模套之间设置有导向柱。

[0011] 本实用新型采用了自身导柱的导向系统,结构紧凑,导向精度高,能很好地保证挺柱体冷挤压件的内腔形状和外形的同轴度,既减少了模架的加工难度,通过设置可调式拉杆顶出机构,能够根据需要调整挤压工件的冲程,结构简单,提高了模具加工的生产效率。附图说明

具体实施方式

[0015] 如图1所示,本实用新型包括上模板I和下模板12,上模板I上设置有模柄2和组合凸模,模柄2的下端与组合凸模连接,下模板14上设置有与组合凸模相配合的组合凹模,组合凸模上设置有上模套15,组合凹模的下端设置有下模垫板8,下模垫板8内设置有下顶冲12,下模板14的下方设置有下横梁11,下横梁11上设置有至少两个拉杆9和顶杆13,拉杆9穿过下模板14与上模板I连接,顶杆13与下顶冲12连接,将下横梁10和拉杆9组成的顶出机构与冲床的锤头相连接,在挤压终了后的冲床回程过程中,处于冲床工作台面下部的拉杆机构将挺柱体的冷挤压件从模腔中顶出,其中拉杆9和下横梁10由高强度螺母连接,可以方便地调节顶出行程。
[0016] 组合凸模包括冲头5与冲头套4组成,冲头4与模柄2连接,冲头5上设置有冲头套4,组合凸模与上模板I之间设置有上模垫3,其中冲头5固定部分为圆柱形直杆结构,与冲头套4内孔为紧配合,冲头套4是外圆具有1.5°锥度的锥套,它与上模套15之间是过盈配合;利用冲头套4与上模套15之间的锥度过盈配合,将冲头5牢固而准确地夹紧固定在上模板I上,冲头5的工作部分由高精度线切割加工而成,抛光后的表面粗糙度在Ra0.8 μ m以下,冲头材料选用具有高强度和高硬度同时又具有良好韧性的高强韧性冷作模具钢(LD钢)。
[0017] 组合凹模包括下模芯6、下模内套7和下模镶块11,下模镶块11设置在下模芯6内,下模芯6上设置有下模内套7,下模内套7与上模套15之间设置有导向柱16,组合凹模上设置有下模外套17,其中下模镶块11和下模芯6都是短圆筒形件,加工制造方便,制造成本低,下模镶块11与下模芯6为紧配合,下模芯6与下模内套7也是紧配合,下模内套7是外圆具有1.5°锥度的锥套,它与下模外套17之间是过盈配合,利用下模外套17与下模内套7之间的锥度过盈配合所产生的预应力将下模芯6和下模镶块11紧固。
[0018] 下模芯6及下模镶块11均采用高碳高铬模具钢Crl2MoV,下模内套7的材料选用5CrMnMo热作模具钢,其热处理硬度控制在HRC45〜50范围内。
