背景技术
耦合剂是超声波探头检测时必须使用的一种药剂,其作用是有利于探头与人体皮肤之间的超声传导,使用时将其涂抹在皮肤或探头的表面。现有的耦合剂一般储存在耦合剂瓶内,使用时通过手动挤压瓶体将耦合剂挤出涂抹在探头表面,其缺点是挤压操作时的挤出量不固定,量少时影响检测效果,量多时造成不必要的浪费;并且,冬天使用时,耦合剂的温度过低还会影响检查效果。

本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点,进行研究和设计,提供一种涂抹方便、能保持耦合剂恒温的超声波耦合剂的储存涂抹装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:
一种超声波耦合剂的储存涂抹装置,包括储存盒,储存盒的上表面设有加液孔,储存盒的下表面带有贯通的凹槽,凹槽中装置软布,软布上带有多个微孔,软布与储存盒的内腔连通;储存盒的前侧设有透明槽,储存盒的后侧固接支架。

储存盒的左右两侧分别设有加热板。

见图1至图4,本实用新型包括储存盒1,储存盒1的上表面设有加液孔3,加液孔3用于将耦合剂加入储存盒1内;储存盒1的下表面带有贯通的凹槽11,凹槽11中装置软布5,软布5与储存盒1的内腔连通,软布5上设置有多个微孔(未画出),微孔在没有外界挤压的情况下被耦合剂液体膜封闭,当需要涂抹时,探头轻微挤压软布,微孔打开,软布5上的耦合剂涂抹于探头表面;储存盒1的前侧设有透明槽12,透明槽12便于观察储存盒1内部耦合剂的余量;储存盒1的后侧固接支架4,支架4将储存盒1固接于墙壁或其他架体上;储存盒1的左右两侧分别设有加热板2,加热板2可以实现对储存盒1内的耦合剂进行加热,保持耦合剂的正常温度,以避免耦合剂对皮肤的刺激。
